They charged us for items we did not purchase but said they couldn’t refund us cash since we used a card. The refund process for the card means they would have to void that transaction and ring it up again. The process would take 5 business days to refund the money to my card. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

They are starting to become more and more unsanitary. Today when I went in there was a girl checking someone out at the register. As I looked over I seen her rubbing/ scratching her nose with her hand and her forearm. Instead of washing her hands she used hand sanitizer and put on gloves to prepare someone else’s food. The other lady that was preparing my food was off to a good start. That is until she had to sneeze and felt it was a good idea to sneeze all over the vegetables. I was so disgusted I just walked out and went somewhere else.
I was on way to the hospital to see my grand daughter that was in ICU, I stopped here and it was the cleanest place I had every been in!! The manager was an amazing lady with huge smile and very professional I would absolutely give them ten stars of I could!!!!

It was good food but, the new lady in there complicates things by not communicating with her manager, she is rude to her and I think that she should be let go. I have been a patron of this place for 2 years and the manager is a great person, so I didn't like what I saw in there on those 2 separate occasions. As far as the food goes, it is absolutely fresh every time, and the manager is always looking to satisfy the customer needs so if you like subway this is the one in south Murfreesboro to eat at...
