I just want to give a shout out to the new owner of subway on Greenland. For the folks that were treated badly by the previous owner the new owner has really clean the store up fixed all the problems, give them another chance the store has totally did a 180 it’s a great place to go get subway
I only gave one star so that I could post. I placed an order online on 12/16/21 for a 4:15pm pickup. When I got to the restaurant it was closed. No lights, no sign of life inside. NOTHING! When I try to call the number listed on here for that store the call just disconnects it doesn't even ring. I don't know what's going on with the Subway franchise but this is not good. Now I don't know how to get a refund for my order.
My boyfriend and I came in for lunch and our sandwiches were not made well. The lady just toasted mine without even asking me and both sandwiches are missing meat. My boyfriend’s sandwich looks like everything was mixed in a bowl then shoved into the bread and wrapped up, it was very messy when he went to eat it. I completely understand being new and everything but she was just doing what she want.

Rudest lady ever! Wouldn’t serve our family, claiming they didn’t have enough bread. Came back the next day (as our daughter loves subway and was still craving) and the lady again refused to serve us, claiming not enough bread!
I will never try to eat at this Subway again. We were there with our girls basketball team for MTSU’s girls high school basketball camp. It’s directly across the road and we had a few minutes between games to feed the kids. We walked over and the lady working there immediately starting yelling at us that she can’t serve us, she doesn’t have any more bread. So we all loaded up and went to Chik-Fil-A. A few days later, we decided to try again, so our coach went in to ask and she very rudely told him that she had already told 5 coaches before him that she can’t serve that many people at one time (14 of us). So we went down the road to Jimmy John’s and they graciously served all of us with a smile and in a very timely manner. They lost A LOT of money. It was 5 days of camp and 50 +/- team and they’re directly across the road. I don’t know how they stay open. We won’t even try next year.

Apparently making more than 2 subs is catering. This subway is terrible.
The employee named Hope is extremely rude and unprofessional. She also denys peoples orders claiming that's catering size 3 subs and tells people they dont make salads anymore when they still make them. She has been rude countless times to different people. Something needs to be done or people will find a new place to go because no one will deal with that much disrespect for a sub.
DON’T GO HERE! The subway on Greenland is horrible! The lady in there is absolutely the worst person I’ve ever met! She shouldn’t even be aloud to work/ own anything ever again! She wouldn’t give me her mane upon asking for the information. Came in to order 3 subs for the kids and I. She said oh I can’t do that the order is to big and told us we had to order online and that it would be a 2hr wait if she could get to it. I wouldn’t even recommend this to my worst enemy. She then turned around and took orders from someone else after she just told me my order was to big. Please drive the extra mile to another subway. There one right down the road off lasscass next to a Tobacco shop. They’re better and more responsible and respectful. Greenland needs to be shut down. It’s dirty and disgusting the bathroom and horrible
