On a trip and stopped in for a sandwich. There’s only one employee working with a line almost into the Walmart itself. The woman working did not change out her gloves once. There were several customers in front of me and she even handled money with the same gloves on. That’s extremely unsanitary and unsafe for guests to consume food after she’s handled dollar bills and coins.

Just ordered on the app to go pick it up and no one was there. The app should let you know if they are closed for any length of time. We got a notification as we were pulling out of Walmart that it was ready. I ran back in and still no one was there. I’ve tried calling back a little while after leaving. No answer. Frustrated and unhappy about this experience. And yes, I double checked to make sure I had the right subway on my app.

Terrible customer service I got to the place 10 minutes before closing an was told that they where about to start cleaning an I could not order ,how I see things as long as your not closed yet you should always take care of your customers an stay later to put things up don’t send a hungry customer with money out the door, then when asked for a name she wouldn’t provide it ! Won’t be returning to this place

This manager should be fired and never be hired to work with the general public.This place is so filthy after taking photos I went to the door of the area where she was at to ask her for the name of the manager and she told me she was the manager, with a smirk on her face she slammed the door in my face.I’ve re-written my original review because I don’t want to sink to her level.

The WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD !!!!! THEY MADE THE SANDWHICH WRONG. WOULD NOT REPLACE THE ORDER. AND WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL TO GET THE rotisserie chicken. It's not on the menu. Also there is NO working phone number to even call ! The general manager Christine is the rudest person I've ever encountered. She didn't even change her gloves to make my new sandwich after handling the old one. The ingredients were also disgusting and she does not sanitize things as she should!!

I’ve been eating at Subways for about 30 years. I’ve seen some go downhill over the passed 4-5 years but this one beats them all for dirty conditions, rude employees, rotted food especially vegetables, hard stale bread and people who would just as soon you would go someplace else to eat. We won’t eat here again.I’m a very easy to get along with laid bad guy and it takes a lot for me to complain or ever write a review. My wife and I got hungry and decided to grab a subway before our appointment with Jackson Hewitt. We walked into a completely empty restaurant. There was a sign hanging next to the one that said the toaster was broken that said someone would be right back. We waited as about 15 minutes went by and other people strolled in, waited and then left. Finally a worker came in and didn’t say hello or anything. Jokingly I made a comment about it must of been a longer than usual coffee break. This women shot me a look that could kill and told me if I didn’t like it, go eat somewhere else. My wife grabbed by arm before I could say anything and we left. I mentioned this to the woman greeting people at the front door as me and my wife were talking about it, and learned this lady is the manager of all people! We won’t be back and after reading other reviews I’m guessing she has run a lot of people off not counting the ones who don’t bother to leave reviews.

Christine was rude to me and my significant other. She did not change her gloves after handling old food. And her customer service was horrible. She also does not sanitize in between customers.

My favorite spot for a cold sandwich

I ordered online at 8:45pm because it said they closed at 10. I paid on the app as well. I get there and they are CLOSED. Their phone number is disconnected and subway does not have any way to contact customer support on the phone. I try to limit my outings due to Covid but it looks like I will be having to go to Walmart to get a refund for food I never received because they decided to close early one day. The workers at Walmart said they basically choose when they want to close for the day. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Great sandwiches and Employees are great and remember you,even when you forget, what you normally put on your sandwich.I love this place.
