Rude baristas and drink was made wrong. I was not even acknowledged. I ordered a dragonfruit refresher through mobile order. I walk in the store and they moved all mobile orders to a counter next to the pastries. Why not place the mobile orders where other drinks are placed? The refresher was watered down and not mixed at all. I won't be back!

Slowest Starbuck's in Murfreesboro. No matter what time of the day or how long the line is, expect to wait 20+ minutes.
First time they mess up a simple drink. Taste nothing like it’s supposed too.
I get wrong order, I order cappuccino, but I get frebfucino instead, the guy who take order didn't repeat order to make sure he get the right order and finished take order real quick just because they so busy. Im really upset coz I like hot coffee not ice coffee.
This place made me grow a grey hair I was stressed while ordering and they got the order wrong and I asked for three stoppers they gave me two which shows they don’t know how to count. They also don’t know the difference between cold and hot.?
Came out to get my wife coffee,Special request because she works the night shift. Clearly stated that they were open until 10pm and I got here 0945. People were there but didn't not even acknowledge I was there. Literally turned off the lights while I was sitting there. Lazy people with no consideration of others and horrible customer service. Will never return.
I was here to do some work but the staff was pleasant and the coffee was delightful. I was well taken care of by Daniel.
