Literally get the same exact thing every day without ice and every location fills the cup up but they gave me a half empty cup and refused to help. What the hell is the point in charging someone $6+ for a half empty cup of air. Do better Starbucks.
Just stopped by this place on a road drive for coffee. Good place Friendly staff and clean washrooms.

I waited about 20-30 minutes for my drink today. Now I knew that ahead of time as walking in I realized they were very busy, but I decided to wait anyways.Starbucks I realize you are busy, but you could at least make the drinks right for the customers you have in there patiently waiting. My drink was completely wrong, a latte with NO milk in it. If we're going to wait for our drinks in a busy time you could at least take the time to make them right.
One of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. While they work well to keep the drive thru line working, I find it quicker to run inside. The staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable about their drinks, too. Compared to several other nearby locations, this is the Starbucks I return to on various weekends.
Absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Had to wait over 30 minutes for two drinks as I watched person after person come in and be served before us. Then once my drink was ready they proceeded to let it sit there for 5 minutes before I had to walk up and ask for it. Then to top it off my Caramel Macchiato was terrible consisting of just warm milk and whip cream. I will never waste 30 minutes of my life or $1 at this place. Pretty sad that I can make a 10 times better drink in a cheap Keurig and in a tenth of the time.
Quite place, however you will wait for long time to get your order.
Had a mobile order for drinks and food. When the food was ready and my name called, I grabbed it from the mobile order area since no one was acknowledging me once I stepped forward for it. When the drinks were called, I went to grab them the same way I had the food. A worker behind the counter then said “don’t reach for that there’s a pandemic going on”. Was an unappreciated comment since1. My boyfriend and I were the only ones in the store outside of the employees that were masked2. I was reaching for only the drinks that were confirmed as mine and touching only what was mine3. I was no closer to her than I would be if she had handed it to me and acknowledged me to begin with4. Other non masked customers were stepping forward and touching, spinning, moving the sleeve on coffees that had been set out to see if they were theirs, then stepping away when they confirmed it wasn’t their drink. They did this repeatedly with no reproach from the worker.
