I like this Starbucks location most of the time. My issue the last 2 times I’ve been there, I asked for extra caramel drizzle on top of the whip cream. Didn’t do it. I called about it 1st time they gave me a new one. Today I called and told them I didn’t want a free one just making them aware of it. The lady told me it melts to the bottom. SMH. I took the lid off and looked. Whip cream not melted , no drizzle!

Two stars because the people are always kind and get my order right. BUT the location is horrendous. If there are more than 5 or 6 cars in the line (which there always is) it is backed up into the road and even back to a big intersection. It is not only inconvenient but incredibly unsafe.

When I visited this Starbucks today, I walked in and there were 5 employees in the front (2 near the drive thru, 1 standing on the side on their phone, 1 bending down stocking something, and 1 with their BACK turned against the register.) Out of all 5 employees , not 1 greeted me and asked if they could take my order. They literally stared at me until I said hello, and then one of the people near the register came to take my order as if I was crazy for saying hello. Of course minutes later, a Caucasian walks in the door and is greeted. I am reporting this and will not return to this location!!

Purchased a hot venti. Person at the window didn't secure the lid when handing it to me it spilled on my car, body and son next to me. When asked for help or napkins to clean I was given a couple napkins. Went in to speak to manager, who acted as if there was nothing she could do, who gave me a few more napkins and said there was not much else she could do to rectify this traumatizing experience. I was heart broken at the customer service or lack there of. Will not be visiting this location.

By far, my least favorite location in town. My drinks are always wrong and inconsistent in general. The girls at the drive thru must be under paid or just working in a bad environment because they're always rude even if there's no line. My last straw with trying to give this location my time was when I ordered the same thing I always get and she told me she had to ask her manager. Then she said they couldn't do the modification which was literally replacing frappe roast for cold brew. I literally drove to the next Starbucks over and got what I asked for with no issue. Besides, the location is terrible to enter (not the employees fault), so better just to avoid it.

Fave location in town! They know me by name and some even know my usual order before I start to ask for it. Highly recommend!!

I pre-ordered online through the app.Drink was great, attitude at window was garbage. There was a giant delivery truck in the way at the entrance which is no problem, but I couldn’t get to the speaker box. The lady at the window reprimanded me for it and when I told her I couldn’t pull up to it she walked away and let the window shut so she didn’t have to hear me. Her dismissive attitude was bad enough that I won’t be back.

I would give this location a zero if I could. I went through the drive through this morning on my way to drop my son up off at school. The lid to my coffee was not on securely and the coffee was exceptionally hot even though I had they add half and half. It burnt my sons hands, finger tips and legs. Soaked his clothes, backpack, homework and the floor board of my car. His figure tips and hands are beginning to blister. I tried to call this location several times after the incident and their phone line is continuously busy like they have it off the hook. I am currently at the ER with my son.

Disclaimer, I only get coffee early in the morning so I'm not sure on other parts of the day. When I do get coffee though, I also use the app and my experience has always been, drive to the window and the coffee is in my hands a couple seconds later. The staff there is always cheerful in the mornings and very friendly. Overall it's a very pleasant experience, which is welcome when you're blearily trying to drive to work in the morning.

Very sweet and hard working staff where I go before work. Will come back always.
