Several times I’ve unfortunately had awful, spoiled coffee and products from this location. I’ve even spoken kindly with their manager about the issue and was told it was new staff etc. which is very understandable. However today I ordered my usual and the creamer is very obviously spoiled.
This place really needs to listen better, I nearly always get my order wrong here.
Daughter and I had a wonderful experience with drive through. Server was so attentive and funny - made our day!

This Starbucks is less than 5 minutes from my house so very convenient. Recently every single time I go to order online they are out of literally everything. If I don’t order something by 9am they are out. I know covid can cause some issues with items and that’s understandable but it’s just this one store. So I have to drive 20 minutes each way to go to other Starbucks and it’s very frustrating. Old Fort, S church, and all the other Murfreesboro locations don’t have an issue. Not sure if the management at this store doesn’t know how to order correctly or what. It would be really nice if whatever the issue is could get sorted.

waited 24 minutes in drive through line with maybe 8 cars. didn’t even make it to the speaker and was late for work
The staff here is everything always makes my sister and I so welcome. Knows what we like. Its so welcoming love going here
