My first time coming here all the employees that work here just seen me standing for about 15 minutes and then someone finally took my order then after I placed my order someone else came in and they greeted them place their order I felt offended so besides the first order I placed it with Starbucks here at this loacation because the order I placed was good but the experience so far was not good for me I felt some type away
This is a positive place! Every time i come here, the GM? Shift leader? Not sure her position but she greets every. Single. Person. warmly with a smile that feels genuine. There are houseplants everywhere that someone cares for. It is evident that someone here is an artist from the flyers and chalkboard. There's even an Old Fort "Book Nook" and lending library. It just goes to show you that even within such a giant corporation, people matter. What you do and say matters. The folks here make this place great!
Ordered on website and ready when I drove through. A little creamier then usual but that's okay. I love their heavy cream! ? I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me and a migraine coming so my favorite coffee from a Starbucks was the perfect cure. Wish they were closer to me.
Fear not if that drive through line is long, they will get it down in no time. This has been my favorite Starbucks for 5 years of all the locations in Nashville and surrounding cities. The entire team have wonderful personalities that make the atmosphere hospitable. Josh has been at the core for years, Mariah the manager is so kind and thorough, and Ethan is the best friendly face at the window. I truly believe the team is a reflection of leadership; Josh and Mariah keep shining bright!
Ordered a pink drink and a frappe. The pink drink tasted different but it was drinkable. However, the frappe had a horrible taste as if it were burnt and we immediately stopped drinking it after one sip. Not sure if it was just a screw up but we won’t be coming back to find out.
Here's a note for the Starbucks management: if an Uber driver comes in with a live order, they are expecting to pick up that order. Multiple times i have come in to pick up orders that i have live in my system and this store refuses to fill them. Where are the orders disappearing to? Someone is skimming product thru uber orders and then drivers are eating the loss. Nice job, Starbucks. Maybe you could start withhonest business practice...by filling orders you receive and being sure you're handing it out to the right people. Really, really gross to take advantage of the drivers who are making sure your business stays afloat. I don't work for you, and now neither would i fecking EVER want to.
They figured putting coffee in my blended drink made sense?? 8$ for a terrible drink. Thanks guys. Also why is it when I walk in 3 nimrods are in there talking about licking up coffee off the grounds and shadow boxing?
I don't like their hot coffee it taste bunt all the time .

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a coffee shop... EVER!!After waiting in line for 45 minutes and spending ^$15 on 2 coffees we get our drinks and they are the most horrible tasting things we've ever drank. Mine was a peppermint mocha Frappuccino that tasted like burnt cocoa and watered down milky ice. The whipped cream was melted already and there was no trace of a peppermint flavor. My boyfriend said his drink was the same way. Will not go to this particular location again.
