I have been to this coffee shop a few times. Today, I ordered a caramel frappuccino. When it was finished, it tasted like an espresso, a strong and bitter coffee flavor. I tried a few sips to make sure it didn’t taste better, but the drink was definitely not right. I waited in line to let them know there was something wrong with it. When I explained this, I got dumbfounded looks from multiple employees (not a strong customer service move), but they offered to remake it with less of the frappe so that it didn’t taste as “coffee flavored.”When I received the remade version is was again awful (though it was awful in a different way). I did not feel like wasting more time waiting in line again. Of note, whenever I go to Starbucks, I usually order a caramel Frappuccino, so I have a very good idea of what to expect. This was a very disappointing experience for an expensive drink.
Horrible service especially the old lady there always rude , mean , slow and tryna charge me extra all the time! She charged me .50 cents cuz I said light ice lol got me laughing!!
Horrible service. The staff are always talking to each other and buried in their phones. It seems like they aren’t even working half the time. Line is long, service is slow, and you can never get food.They also recently fired someone because they are trans, so all around a bad place. It’s very unprofessional, the mangers are rude, and it’s also dirty in the store. I would avoid at all costs and just go off campus

There was a time when Starbucks was seen as a good coffee shop, now it’s just over caffeinated, over flavored, over sweetened corporate swill. Dunkin and McDonalds have better drip.
Stop closing hours before you're supposed to you lazy trash. I come here after an 8 hour shift at work working out in the sun all day, so I need coffee in order to focus on my schoolwork, and yet despite being over an hour until closing time you're closed. What's the point of closing early when your staff treat the job like a talk show anyways? With how little they work, it should be open 24/7.Update September 13th, 2021: nothing has changed. 3 hours before closing, 3 FULL HOURS, and you're closed. I can't even imagine having such an easy job as to close 3 entire hours early, let alone getting paid for that so-called job.
This is the Starbucks inside the MTSU library. It was busy when I arrived so it took longer than usual to get my order, but thats isn't unusual for this location. My order was correct and delicious.
