Appropriate tribute for Memorial Day weekend.
Not typically one to leave negative reviews but I’m pretty upset. I ordered via Uber Eats. The drink I ordered contained oat milk. They were out of oat milk and instead of calling/texting asking if I wanted something else or just cancelling my order all together, they delivered an empty cup with a note saying they couldn’t make the drink because they were out of oat milk. I get things happen with supplies but all it would have taken was a phone call.
Every single time I come here without fail they manage to mess up my order. All I ask for is a simple Mocha Frappuccino with a pump of caramel and I've never once got what I asked for I always have to have it remade. I wouldn't mind if it happened just once or twice but this is ridiculous.

Make sure you ask for little foam or you will get a 1/2 cup of latte like I did. Starbucks use to be my place but the turnover rate is ridiculous so the service for me lately haven't been the same.
Love Starbucks ❤ I'm a creature of habit( I usually get a grande vanilla latte hot and Frappuccino when feeling it ) but occasionally I try something different and it's always ??great!!! It's my happy place!??? this drink is called a Santa Claus ?? ? strawberry puree vanilla bean and whipped cream topping with xmas sprinkles? ?
This is by far my favorite Starbucks location to go to. The staff is always SUPER friendly and even though they were out my favorite drink they offered me a replacement made kinda the same way, I've never had someone ask me that at other locations and I thought it was super cool!! I appreciate everyone that works there!
New crew is rude and do not know how to make coffee
This Starbucks was out of Vanilla, Mocha, Peppermint and a ton of other flavors. About the only thing they had was Carmel and White Chocolate. They were also out of Venti cups. Corporate needs to step up and get distribution straighten out. You can't sell what you don't have.
