How do you not sell what is on your menu? Tried to go and order ice cream at a NON busy time and I was told “we aren’t selling ice cream right now.” Ridiculous. Turning into McDonald’s.
This is my usual sonic and I always order the same thing recovering from cancer i can only eat certain items. However on this night I had to explain my drink and the young lady taking my order got snarky bout it. Ok pissible bad night when I don't receive one part of my order and no one answers the phone then it makes me hesitant to return.
Sonic's been around for many years. A great place to pop in for fast food if you need a minute to pull over and eat in the shade. The food's decent and there are quite a few options. In addition to the normal hamburgers and chicken sandwiches they also have popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, chili tots and fries, corn dogs, hot dogs, a wide variety of breakfast items and burritos, French toast, et cetera.Sonic is as sonic does
This location consistently has the absolute worst service! They are always out of something and to get ice cream (1 of the things they are known for) forget about it! If they remotely tried I would never post this type of review but if I can save one person from having to deal with this place so be it! I can’t tell you how many times we have had to call because we get home and the order is wrong !
Waited at a car stall to order for 15+ mins with no response. We moved to a different car stall, waited 5 more mins to try and order again, still no response. We finally had to go through the drive thru and waited another 3 mins for a response. Cars were pulling out and leaving left and right. The manager and 2 other workers were just standing outside doing nothing. If the stalls weren't working, there should be signs up. The workers inside were looking out the drive thru windows watching everyone struggle at the car stalls. This is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. DO BETTER. ?
The slowest service I've ever seen in my life. That's twice now. I've been the only person in line order a simple chicken and biscuit and take 10 minutes. The last time I had to drive off to make it to work. I'm sure someone enjoyed the chicken biscuit
Check your food before you drive off. They have not put the 1 onion ring that comes with the chicken strip dinner the last 3 times.
Probably the worst sonic in town. They gave us an attitude when they said they “we’re closed”at 9:20 pm. When they close at 10 pm. Get your act together sonic. If these people don’t know how to let people know their closed when that’s the only closest sonic you should get new employees. And they take forever to give you ur order.
Poor management, slow service, said ice cream machine was down for days now.. but a corporation like this can easily get an issue resolved such as a popular machine you would think? Maybe dishonesty or laziness is the issue here
I order ahead of time in the app and my food is always fresh, the car hops are the sweetest ladies, and they never mess up my order.
