This place is consistently the worst service in town. We LOVE sonic , and get drinks pretty much daily .. multiple times on weekends , But this place is seriously a joke . Their drive thru is almost always closed , and if the drive thru is open , the bays are closed . I’m currently waiting almost 25 min for 3 soft drinks . No Ice cream , no food , JUST SOFT DRINKS ?!? I literally cannot understand why this location is always so terrible . It’s 3 min from my house , so it’s the most convenient, I wish they would get it together , because we really like Sonic , but this has been the way it is for the last 2 years ?

Just wondering If friendly customer service is a problem for the ones who take the order? The car hops are always friendly but not so much the inside people taking the order. Like no hey how are you today it’s just been what can I get you in a I hate my life typeOf tone or when I’m finished ordering and they just don’t say anything. It’s sad cause I pretty much come here everyday.

Tots were great. Slow but fresh and hot. I think they probably dropped a fresh batch, which is cool and is the reason I gave 2 starts instead of last one. Well, the cashier was polite enough too.But I didn't appreciate the camera starring right in my face the whole time I was waiting for my order. It's rude and intrusive.

I came here on April 24th 2022 to pick up a mobile sonic order. I checked in and waited for my carhop to bring out my food which her name was Kamala. I was given my drink, tenders but missing my mozzarella sticks. I tried to get her attention and she didn’t care to listen to me say her name. Then when I reported it to the speaker box at the stall I was given push back cause the item was out of stock and they couldn’t refund me. I was told call corporate or leave. Let me tell you corporate customer service for Sonic is the worst I’ve dealt with on top of the rude employees they have at this location. I will never come back to sonic it’s awful. Corporate does nothing just like the location they don’t care about keeping faithful customers.

Use to love this location, not the case for last couple of years it's been an awful experience, personal. By food being wrong, to orders taking way to way way to long, and ect.

I never leave bad reviews but…I pulled in and firstly they told me I had to go to through the drive through or they wouldnt serve me. So I do, & I order a bacon cheese burger with onion. I asked for mozzy sticks & they were out, then I asked for onion rings & they were out, which is understandable & I wasn’t mad. Well I get my burger & it only has cheese on it. Just cheese. So I pull back around and they tell me they were out of bacon & onion. Why didn’t you tell me that before selling me a BACON cheeseburger and charging me for onion only to get bread & cheese ? So I asked for the difference in change between the regular burger & bacon burger & he rolled his eyes. Won’t be back !!Also the ice is different than normal. It’s like cheap tap water fridge ice.

Why have all the stalls open if you can’t use them and are sending us to drive through or sending us away. Horrible customer service. If you don’t have staff please just close cos this is an inconvenience for the workers and the customers.

This is supposed to be a LARGE fry. Not one fry was eaten before the photo. This happens almost every time I get fries. This amount of fries wouldn't even fill a medium carton. Pathetic. This same location also told me previously I was NOT ALLOWED to get no ice in my drink because "we're low on drinks". As though that's the customer's problem. This location also does not honor EZ ice requests either. Almost every time I ask for EZ ice they still fill the cup full of ice. I see other reviews with this same complaint. It's pretty obvious this location has a policy of skimping on the customer to maximize their profit. I'll be driving extra distance to go to a different location from now on. Hopefully they're not all owned by the same clown.?

Went by the past few weeks on a Monday night, order was taken quickly, and wasn’t in the drive through long. Went by last night, one younger guy was running around by himself, food was good and hot, Monday’s have made a turn around from what they used to be. Keep it up guys.
