There is no burger without cheese and when you order a plain burger no cheese. The stupid kitchen worker always puts cheese on the burger. Sonic as a company sucks. The commercials sucks and your company is stupid. Your not getting another penny of my money.
Fast and efficient. Food was good and left satisfied great place to grab a quick bite even when they look busy they still move fast in taking care of customers.

I go here everyday. For the most part they do a good job but one thing I would like to see is more consistency in my orders. They are never prepared the same everyday.But keep improving.
Mount Juliet Sonic has been struggling since before the pandemic. But, every since then they are failing. I waited 30 plus min for 2 drinks and 1 of them was i correctly made. The workers do their best, but they cannot seem to get a manager to stay there for any length of time. I also have had a sandwich that was supposed to be cut, but was actually ripped in half by hand. Questioned the manager and she said,"they didnt have a knife." So, i gave a tip and suggested she use it to drive 2 blocks down and purchase a knife. I enjoy sonic and i hope this location doesnt fail and leave my community.
Ordered a Junior Deluxe with everything + bacon. This is what I got. I added my own lettuce, tomato and pickles when I got home. Added bonus: it kinda looks like someone wadded up the bun and then ironed it out. WTH? ?
The jalapeño poppers are really good and so is the chili cheese coney's.
Today I get there at 11:24 PM to order food for work as they are one of the only places open at this time. They were already closed. Lights were off and everything. Why have hours of operation when you close whenever you want?
