burger was burned around the edges and the cheese tots barely had cheese.
Pulled into a stall next to the building, whoops screen doesn’t work. One to left doesn’t work either. One to the right is taken. No biggie there’s a whole row of stalls behind me. Well the first two available are blocked because, yep, they’re broken. Finally get to one that works. Press the red button just to be asked to ‘move to one closer to the building for the safety of the car hop.’ Well I mean I tried but they’re all broken! If the car hop won’t come to these stalls why have them open, or have them at all? At that point I just left because if they’re not competent enough to block off stalls I don’t trust them to cook my food.
Stopped by for a quick lunch. Placed order over intercom. Order was verified back. Waited about 5 minutes and order was brought out. Car hop was friendly. Chilli cheese dog was a cold, tots were hot. Not to bad for fast food.
This sonic is a joke. I will never come here again. The First Lady that took my order was rude and didn’t even let me finish ordering before she said my total. I had to push the button again and got a different girl that didn’t know what she was doing and had to get the manager to help. The manager was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. The manager charged me extra instead of making my order into a combo. This by far is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. The girl beside me was trying to order and they cut her off half way of ordering and said we are closed. It was only 9:20 at the time they claimed to be closed. I will make sure anyone I talk to never comes here to this horrible sonic. Never again such a joke.
Worst experience ever. Order bacon on bacon and the burgers were smaller than my hands ( I don't even have big hands). Also the staff was somewhat rude. My girl's food wasn't even done right and she order a chicken sandwich. I would not recommend this sonic. The food doesn't even taste good.
Worst experience ever. Will not come again. The food wasn't even cooked right; it was smaller than my freaking hands (I'm 5'3 ft). The staff was rude and if you order stuff with bacon you Get none. They didn't even give us fries. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SONIC EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE STANDING.
This place is so trashy. I had to pull out of two different order kiosks because they weren't working. The third one had a written note that said to give the card to the carhop, which was fine because I was paying cash. I ordered a burger and they refused to make it, not directly. She says, it's going to be a minute on that burger. I asked how long she said 5-7 minutes. I decided to leave, to me that says "I don't want to make it for you, order something else." I went across town to a different sonic and had no problem. A business that sells their entire menu all day should be prepared, because sometimes 3rd shift people don't want breakfast when they're getting off work.Updated: Today for the second time my fiancee had to leave after ordering from the app. He waited 35 min. after his food was supposed to be ready. He paged them they told him it would be out in a minute. Second time he paged them he was ignored. He left and went all day at work with no lunch. Well we went ahead and contacted corporate for our money back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Activated order button 3 times before I had to knock on the door to see what was happening. Waited over 20 minutes and was told they weren’t taking orders and the whole store was taking a break at 1pm, lunchtime for most. I even called the store phone before knocking on the door with no answer. This is the worst service I have ever received. Will never visit another.
Not sure if they were short handed today 1/21/22 but the girl taking out orders and handling things in the kitchen and taking orders was HUSSLING! Not sure what her name was. But she was professional, calm, and organized. Well done! Will be coming back!
Car hop Electra is rude. You can tell she doesn’t want to be here. Was gonna tip but I’ll save it for someone who’ll appreciate it.
