Really not-so-great service last time I visited. I asked for extra bacon on my BLT and received one small piece the size of a quarter. I dont usually send things back, but I couldn't bring myself to eat the bread, mayo and tomato essentially by themselves. This was all after waiting for 25 minutes when the place wasn't really busy at all. When the carhop took my sandwich back to add more bacon, I had to call in for a 3rd time to see if they had forgotten. So in total, I was there for 30+ minutes and my tots were cold by the time my sandwich came back out. Both employees I interacted with seemed totally uninterested in helping correct my order. My carhop stood outside talking to friends essentially the entire time I was there (that's how slow they were) and the person behind the speaker needs some serious training in customer service etiquette. I have been in the service industry for many years and rarely leave reviews, but since Google asked I figured I would share some feedback.

Order through the app, everything came out perfect. I live close by so I visit this location often and rarely have issues with the service.Edit- Tonight I ordered through the app, after having a few troublesome visits lately this time my drinks were wrong. Pressed the button for assistance, no response. I tried 3 booths and called the store with no response. Poor service

Oh my goodness. I got a extra long cheese coney and it was horrible. The hot dog had been sitting under a heat lamp evidently because I couldn't cut it with my fork

Pressed the button and was asked if we had a previous order. We said no and they didn’t respond. Pressed the button again after waiting a few minutes, confused and they asked if we had a previous order again so we said no, but that we’d like to place an order and they told us they’re “not taking orders” we asked why not and they said they’re “too backed up”

Worse Sonic in Murfreesboro. Had me sitting for 20 minutes after I ordered on the app. Saying they mixed my order up then brought me some old stale looking fries. Then trying to talk on the speaker and all you hear is girls in the background screaming and yelling the girl on the speaker said I can't hear you I'm sorry. Too many kids work here

It's a Sonic, you know what you're getting. They are nice, it doesn't take long, the food is good like you expect.

Came here and I live less than five minutes away. It was 9:50 almost 10 o'clock. We ordered our food and once we received our food we proceeded to leave . Once we got not even 30 seconds down the road I was getting the food out of the bag and my burger was not what I ordered. I ordered the super sonic double bacon cheeseburger. Well to my surprise there was only one patty on there. So I called them thankfully someone answered on the second call. I told them what was wrong and they proceeded to tell me they were closing and I was already pulling back in to the restaurant and I told them that. So they said they would re-make the burger. That was a good thing that they offered to re-make the burger as they were closing. So I think anyone who gets something made again it should be what you ordered......well so my wife and I get back on the road and we're pulling in to our apartment and I'm pulling the new burger out and to my surprise......ANOTHER SCREW UP!! Same situation as the first one. So I was going to take my loss and just eat the burgers. Once I bit into the burger the patty was almost as hard as biting into a thick piece of bacon ( and not the soft bacon ). Very disappointed in this trip to this particular Sonic in Murfreesboro, TN on Middle Tennessee Blvd.

I did an online order at 7:19 P.M. and didn’t receive my food until 7:53 P.M. after being told multiple times “We’re getting that out to you as soon as possible!”After waiting 30 minutes, I clicked the Red Button and explained my frustration and she didn’t reply but left the mic on accidentally and said a few seconds later “He said he’s here I guess”I’m curious how it takes 34 minutes to cook a burrito and tater tots.After receiving the food, it was COLD! If you make somebody wait 30+ minutes on their food because of YOUR mistake, you do NOT bring them the cold food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! I came here on 1/19/2022 and they messed up the entire order! My friend had hair in her burger! They gave me tots instead of fries and my chicken was hard and cold! My other friends burger was still frozen in the middle! Like how is that possible?!?! The car hop ROBIN had a stank attitude she brought my fries out not even in a bag! Overall worse experience with this place!! I didn’t even bother asking them to redo my friends burger due to how incompetent and disrespectful miss ROBIN was!!! Don’t come here!

They rarely get your order correct. Last time I was there, I did a mobile order through the app. They put the order through. Took my money and when I got there to pickup, they said their computers were down and I'd get a refund. I waited 3 days, no refund... I had to call corporate to get a refund...
