RIP my cup holder. This sonic is the worst. Daisy King walked to her car with another man while working and we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. An African American man asked her if someone was working and she started yelling at him and said “there’s other people working!” He pulled to the window and she opened the window and yelled at him again. This sonic has zero customer service skills and it’s sad to see a young lady causing so much commotion over something so small. The picture is an actual sonic blast that was given to me from this sonic. I had to ask for napkins. Once I got home, I took a picture because of how ridiculous this is.
That Sonic - it's always a tough one for me. We don't have them where we live, but we get the commercials on our TV, so the kids want it when we're away from home. The main thing here is that we *don't eat in the car*. So sure, there are a few tables out front. And yes, we have eaten Sonic at those tables several times over the years. And every single time, it has been windy. When you are trying to keep a bag and a paper tray and a sleeve of tots and a napkin from flying away, it is much more difficult to fully enjoy your meal. I had a very good Coke, some totally fine tater tots, and a pretty good hot dog today, but the enjoyment was lessened by the blowing around. The nice lady that took our order went over the extensive list of slushy flavors for our daughter, and then did it again for our son, who wasn't paying attention the first time. A true saint.
Food was good but there's a camera staring right in your face where you pull up to the window to pick up your food. It's rude.The first thing it says to me is, "I have no concern for your personal space". And then it says, "I don't trust you".I told the cashier to tell the manager that it was not cool at all. I'll be sure to never go back.
I ordered onion rings and a hamburger with no cheese and I got tots and a cheeseburger. I called back in and told the lady it was wrong and she ensured me she would get it fixed. She came and brought me my food with a smile, tried to give her my receipt and she told me she didn’t need it. I think her name is gabbie, the short colored one. Very professional I will be coming back.
The young black lady Gabriella always represents sonic well. Love her smile and “have a blessed day/night”. I always feel welcomed coming here and I look forward to seeing her serving my food when I come. One of the best workers I have seen here!
30 minutes between a stall and drive through and left with no food. I understand if you are under staffed but please let customers know before wasting there time.
Ordered foot long chili dog and tots .... Got tots and chilli cheese tots.... Pulled up tonight and was told to go to drive thru that had 6 cars already backed up... Never again
Watch your order. They shorted us on a meal. We showed the girl at the window which meal was missing and she argued with us. They finally came back with another bag, and it was the wrong meal, which was $3 cheaper than what we ordered, but we were on a tight schedule and didn't have time to wait again.
Five stars for being the closest place to my house with excellent shakes.
Ridiculous. Why di you have an app to order ahead when it takes 30min. to get a drink and a biscuit. Why does the screen tell you that your food is ready and on its way but it is never delivered. If you are short staffed why don't you let the customer know so they know why service is slow. Unacceptable.
