I’m not giving it a 3 star because of the employees but because of the company itself. I come in 30 minutes before closing and one person is working handling MANY customers. His name was Tanner and was clearly trying his hardest to be fast but when 10 people are in there ordering multiple smoothies it’s hard. I think these employees really need help. I also asked if I could tip on card and I guess they don’t do that? There were only about 10 pennies in the tip jar and this man was clearly working very hard and should be able to get tips on the card as almost every store does this. Please consider helping your employees more
The woman working drive thru wasvery rude for no reason I get it you get busy on Friday's but your also working in customs service ( I working in customer service for years) an it's the way you talk to people is how you get customer to return to your business but from now will drive across before I come back to this one
Smoothie good. Hate waiting 20 minutes just for the smoothie. The employees are overworked, Corporate should get them some help

This team is always the best, hands down.
I had came on October 1st , it was my second experience there I usually go to the one on Medical Center. I had arrived and there was only one lady working inside, she was working both inside and drive-thru customers, anytime I went to Medical there was always atleast 2 people. So I was confused on why they only had one lady working that day, she was nice and friendly even though she was there alone and it was quite busy around the time I had came, it took about 10 minutes for my smoothie but I wasnt upset cause she was there alone. I had recently came a few days ago and she was there alone again. I dont know if this store is very short staffed or if people just dont want to work there, but for one person doing it everything seems really unprofessional as a business for me, they should atleast have one other person there with someone at all times. She was friendly due to the circumstances. I am writing in concern for her working alone and if this store just isn't staffed enough or just doesnt care about its employees. Thinking about returning to Medical Center for my daily smoothie.
The guy who took my order today was the friendliest person ever. The. Best. Made my day.
I do not appreciate Ashlynn’s attitude. I was greeted at the window with “ I saw you get frustrated with our parking situation, the lobby is open “,and then shut the window in my face. First of all I was not upset with Smoothie King staff, Ashlynn or anything of that nature. I was cut off in the parking lot. I had no intention of speaking of this because it had nothing to do with Smoothie King or “Ashlynn”. Let’s keep in mind that my 10 year old daughter was in the car with me when this unprofessional confrontation happened. I will be spending my money somewhere else.
