Sal's is as good of a pizza as you'll find. We've eaten New York and Sicilian, both pepperoni, New York with mushrooms and banana peppers too. Like it simple. Both are outstanding but the Sicilian is one you can't go without trying because they do it so well. Even as a usual thin crust guy I say it's one of the best pizzas ever. Either variety.. you're getting a really great pie. Highly recommend. And it's usually done quicker than the competition so I couldn't be happier.
Sal's has become our go-to for pizza in Murfreesboro. So far, we've not been served bad food nor have we experienced bad service.The crust tastes good. Not sure what they do to it, but it isn't just a doughy curst. Ingredients are fresh. Service spot on.Just this past Friday night, we (two adults, four kids) went to Sal's for dinner. Ordered two pizzas and a couple of kid's pastas. There was only one waitress working, but she was attentive, kept drinks filled, and kept the dining area in order.She brought some free bread for the kids when she told us they were a little behind. Still the food came out in good time, was hot, tasty, and fresh.Exactly what we expect, and exactly what we get at Sal's Pizza.
TOO MANY ANCHOVIES. Ordered a pie with pepperoni and anchovies. I know anchovies aren't for everyone, but I find them delightful. They put way to many on there. All you need is like 5 or 6 anchovies for a large pie. I hope that someone at Sal's sees this review and tells their pizza cooks that when someone orders anchovies, you don't need anchovies in every bite.

Been awhile since I have been here, pizza was great but was not what I ordered. I ordered one with extra cheese basic limited cheese and limited sausage maybe 20 pieces on a large pie. Appears to be new owners as the sauce was different taste but still good.
One of the best Italian pizza places I have ever been to there quick they dont give you a run around if they mess up they call themselves on it and either fix it or compensate you for it overall every time I am in Murfreesboro you will have my business I just wish they were in smithville
Lied, unprofessional, this place was suppose to replace a screw up they made, and promised it twice to my fiance.....but after driving 15 miles in this icy dangerous weather just for our pizza made right.....IT WAS NEVER MADE AT ALL AND ALL THE GUY KEPT SAYING WAS HOW MUCH MONEY IT COSTS TO REPLACE!! F'N SERIOUSLY!! PIZZA IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST MARKUPS IN THE RESTAURANT WORLD. IT'S LIKE $0.75 TO MAKE A PIZZA TO THEM. THEY LOST ROUGHLY 14-15K A YEAR IN SALES BY LOSING US. DUMB A**!
Pizza by the slice, yes! They had a lunch special, 2 slices and a drink for $6.99. Two slices equaled 1/2 of pizza! Crust was thin and perfect. Cheese was excellent and a large quantity. Pepperoni cooked just right! Definitely recommend!
Unbelievable never seen anything like this im in restaurant business over 20 years never got answer like this Served with Garlic rolls house salad first of all they lying she told me over the phone uber eat delivery they put their own menu we dont give salad and garlic roll so why its on the menu than i said she said uber did it??? uber made the menu without telling the restaurantDoes it make sense to you when you order from here becarefull its scammmmm
