Food is great! Owners are wonderful! Building is just very outdated and needs a lot of work. Takeout is the way to go
Ate here once and was very good. I will say when we pulled up to pick up our food there was a guy coming out of the kitchen area smoking a cigarette. This time we ordered a pizza and lasagna. The lasagna when it received .. honestly.. looked half eaten. No lasagna noodles. Maybe 4 pieces of corkscrew pasta.. all sauce and tomato. Without even taking a bite.. you could see the bottom of the pan. Based on other photos of their pizza.. I guess that was par for the course. Dough was way overproofed and about 40 percent of the pie was dough. Don’t see myself going back. It was really awful. Wouldn’t even touch the lasagna cause I couldn’t tell if it had been tampered with or not.
Rude customer service on the phone. They dropped my pizza off at the wrong house and said it was my fault. I’ve been living here for 16 years and they insisted that it was me who messaged up the address and refused to give me my money back for a pizza I never got.
Place was very dirty and they took my thin crust order and then made it in thick and said they didn't have thin crust. So I took it and it was TERRIBLE. Spent $20 for a medium pizza. A huge regret stopping there.
I don't what happened. They were my go to forever but the last few times it's been a nightmare. First it tasted like perfume. Then last time my order was delivered to I don't know where. This time it's almost a hour late and all wrong. We don't eat pork. I asked for Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza with No Bacon. What do I get? A pepperoni Covered. Smh 3rd tines a charm for me I won't order from them again.
I ordered baked ziti with meatball Italian sausage sub and piece of cheese cake with strawberry topping the ziti came with salad. I ordered it with no green peppers and no onions well the salad was loaded with them cheesecake was plane didn't have strawberry topping and it was half Frozen the baked ziti was child size and didn't have the meatball the only thing that came like I ordered was the sub sandwich and it was actually pretty good and for an almost $7 piece of cheesecake I expected better the ziti was $12 the sub was 9. After tax and tip and delivery fee I paid $36 for a meal it should have cost 10 I will never buy from there again
Undercooked calzone. Tasted nothing but uncooked dough as I bit into it, I almost puked.
Nobody was there to talk to pick up the order. I had to look in the kitchen for somebody to acknowledge me. I'm gold I didn't pre pay either because the food hadn't even been prepared even though I ordered 30 minutes ago.
Great people who truly care about the quality of food they provide. Also amazing atmosphere with a melting pot of characters that's as entertaining as anywhere.
Food was over an hour and 25 minutes late. Cold.
