Never had baked potato with pulled beef. But how can you go wrong with it? It was good. Very friendly staff.
It's fine. Pricing seemed reasonable.The car enjoyed the fries real good. Kids ham and cheese had real ham (not a sandwich slice of ham). Bbq sandwiches were full. Prepackaged bbq sauce. Nachos were covered in nacho chz, not real cheese.Stopped while traveling. Acceptable lunch, but won't stop again.The staff was helpful, making sure to get my order right while doing drive thru.
Went for lunch and the place was busy. We waited a tad longer than normal for the food. They forgot to include my sons kids meal. When my husband went to the counter to inquire about he waited another five minutes. Again the restaurant was busy! The lady at the counter apologized and said she would refund his meal. We did not ask her to, and thanked her for her that. She brought the refund receipt to the table and apologized again and said she refunded the whole meal because her order screen said we had waited 20 minutes for his food. In my opinion this was above and beyond great customer service. The food is so good we are frequent patrons, but this positive experience will bring us back more often!
Courteous and polite fast service food was horrible and fresh and the peach cobbler was fantastic!!!
Can you give zero? Took my order and money at 4pm for 5:30 pm pickup, but decided to also close at 4pm. They have my money and I have no food. And no time to get anything else. Thanks. Really.
Great food but I tried to place a $70.00 call in order and they wouldn’t take it. This was Thursday 5/12 at 4:00pm. It’s a shame that their food is so good and reasonably priced and their service was so bad. We spent our money elsewhere.
I love ricks in Alabama. I was happy to see they have one in Tennessee. They took 25 minute and were moving slow. Then why is the inside closed They? Its not 2020.They also gave me the wrong sauces. Like yall were going slow. Fully staffed and then after being polite and not complaining on the wait. Yall gave me the wrong sauces that I paid extra for. They are polite but they need to pay more attention and be more efficient. I would be willing to give them another try and change my score
Arrived from Aubrey TX. 1st time in Nashville TN. Rick's BBQ is the pearl of a treat. Tasty ribs and Chicken sandwich which was mouth watering. When in Nashville " Don't dare miss this hideout.Chatting with the teacher volunteers running the campaign recruitment table tasted my " Tom Jones" voice. Y'all Rock.
Food is always delicious. However, I dislike how the loaded baked potato only comes with one BBQ sauce. Due to the size of the potatoe, 2- 3 sauces should come at no additional charge. It has made think of only patronizing Jim n Nick's more, in the future.
Normally good food but two out of the last three times have been disastrous. Time before last found a hair in my sandwich. The last time I ordered the chicken platter with fries and beans and told the girl multiple times I wanted white sauce. I also ordered a large sweet tea. When I got up to the window the girl was too busy talking about her personal life with her coworkers. they completely left out my fries which I did not notice until I got home and before I pulled away I said are you sure my white sauce is in there and paying half attention she says yes. Well I get home no fries no white sauce. Plus I had ordered a large sweet tea and she gave me a small but it this point I was too frustrated to wait. I called back to the store to let her know what happened and all she could say was I’m sorry. Never offered to make it up.
