I don’t know who is assembling Togo orders but everytime I order I get less and less fries. ??‍♀️ I don’t expect bottomless when ordering to go of course, but over $15 for like 9 fries? Including having to pay almost $2 for garlic, this is ridiculous. I love steak fries and the options of burger which is why I keep ordering but This time will be my last. Next time I probably won’t have any fries. It’s not worth the $15 anymore.

Nice place and the hostess was sweet we ended up not eat here though. We came in and they informed us that it would be a 15 minute wait. That was fine. 25 minutes later we still had not been called, there was one Uber eats employee waiting to pick up an order and no other dine in customers waiting to be seated. We saw 4 people leave and could hear the employees laughing in the back. We ended up leaving and going to dinner somewhere else.

I really wanted to like this place. I've wanted to try their impossible burger. Unfortunately I came in and was able to finally try it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I ended up getting a cold raw burger. The 1st one they gave me raw tasted better than the one they replaced it with. Relish should not be on it. It was terrible. They tried but you can tell it was a frozen patty. They should patty them themselves. And SEASON it. It doesn't have to be nasty. I shouldn't have even paid after eating half of the raw burger. $15+ and the fries were so graasy and SO SALTY it made me sick. I left very unsatisfied and nauseous. Too bad.

I've been here once before and I feel like they added more of a selection to their menu. When I went last night it was the best experience. The waitress was really nice and for a Saturday night we got seated pretty quickly. I got the California Chicken Sandwich with bottomless side salads. The sandwich was amazing and huge! The side salads were the best salads that I've ever had. All of the ingredients tasted like the freshest ingredients I've ever had. I plan on definitely going back and eating at this location again! Highly recommend.

I completely understand that everywhere is short staffed and that’s why I waited 40 minutes to be seated. This was absolutely the worst visit we’ve ever had at Red Robin. We were waited on fairly quick and food came in an adequate amount of time, those are the pluses to our visit. My son ordered the kids bottomless root beer float but since we only saw the server when we ordered and when we were ready to leave, he managed to get a refill right before we left. I ordered a shake but the order never got put in. Had to grab a different server to get napkins. Asked for more fries but after waiting another 10-15 minutes we finally gave up and left. Definitely not the service we’ve had in the past. Rethinking visiting for my sons birthday dinner in a few weeks. Hopefully they can get their stuff together and figure out their service issues, especially since their was at least 5-8 staff members running around, but most didn’t seem to be helping a whole lot. Disappointing visit.

The last several times we went to the Restaurant, we were told there would be anywhere to a 30-60 minute wait yet, we could see many tables opened (with plenty of spacing apart still open) as well as many waiters walking the floor. Therefore, we knew seating nor staffing was not an issue so why we were not being seated at any of these available tables that still provided distant seating is unbeknownst to us. We will not be eating at this (and possibly any other) Red Robin Restaurant ever again for this poor customer service experience we had not just once but three times in the past 2-3 months.

For a Franchise restaurant I would have expected more. My party of three came in as they opened their doors. We sat down immediately and were not seen for several minutes even though there were two hosts The hosts should have provided water and silverware at the very least to help the waitress. When a milkshake was ordered, the excuse was given that the milk shake machine was not working all week however the truth was that they were not ready to serve milkshakes and it took them 17 minutes to provide a milkshake to my father. The "endless" fries was a joke because the portion size was half of what was expected. Overall synergy was absent in attending to our table. Silverware, waters are the very least that is needed when someone sits down. The ketchup dispenser was nearly empty...and we were one of the first clients in the doors this Sunday morning. A regular family run restaurant I would expect some hiccups but a franchise...unacceptable. My father is handicapped and I am a veteran, our threshold of good service is set low but this restaurant did not meet that low bar.

I want to say that I have worked in the food industry for over 15 years as a manager and in retail for over 20 years and let me tell you this restaurant has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They were on a false wait bc of staffing issues BUT it was well worth the wait!!!! Drinks came out and stayed full the entire time!!!! Food came out fast and hot!!!! GREAT TEAMWORK!!! I can’t say how much I enjoyed my time and my food was AWESOME!!!!! Thank you Red Robin in Murfreesboro ?????

After my visit yesterday for my son's 9th birthday. We arrived around 2:30 in the after noon but still had a 45 minute wait. The restaurant wasn't as busy as I expected to have such a long wait. My family and I were seated in the bar area with one other table and 2 people at the bar. We wait 10 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order. During that time another table was seated and received drinks and appetizers. We had bottomless fries and were never offered any additional fries, items were left off my son's burger, we had to wait on silverware, as they didn't give us any.My family and I do not eat out, I have celiac and this was a special occasion we were celebrating and my son knew this was one place I could eat at safely. However, with the poor service, wait times, and food quality issues it will be my last.

Went there today. Ordered a double burger. The sandwich was smaller then my wife’s single burger. What really got me while I was paying the bill. I noticed a $1.99 entertainment fee. The waitress says did you play games. My wife laughed. While the waitress shows us how to pay are bill. Seriously
