Everything was awesome as usual
Delicious soup, salad and bread!! Great service!
Food was good but I only had chicken tenders since I don't like seafood. Wish there was more of a choice for us seafood haters but I get it. It's s seafood restaurant. Wait time to be seated was long (over 20 minutes) for our party of 6. Then they squeezed us in a booth. Waited a minute for our food and refills we're scarce. Thank goodness the food was good.
Good service and food was good
We ordered takeout and it was awful. Not even mediocre...literally inedible (for a human). On top of that, they forgot the biscuits. Isn't this their signature item? To Red Lobster: if you're going to sell such terrible food, you CANNOT forget the biscuits because then your customers have nothing to eat.
New review!! We had the most amazing server this afternoon . She was spot on. Very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Thank you very much !!! She was great. I just wish I'd had gotten her name . She was wearing a cute sushi face mask though.
We've been going to Red Lobster for my birthday since they opened, I'd say at least 30 years. This time it was lobsterfest and the food was excellent! Service was ok, bathrooms were awful, but overall a good experience!
It was good. Little under staffed or under training BUT they did well with what they had. Good team work, tip my hat.Shows good leadership.Gotta love the cheddar bay biscuits.
Portia our server's level of attentiveness was perfect. Visit was for dinner at 5:30 on a Friday night, which we try not to do very often just because we know the service level can be difficult at that time of day. Biscuits were warm, soft, and buttery. New Orleans salmon was cooked just right with a little zing in the sauce. Broccoli and baked potatoes were also flavorful. Seafarers feast was crisp and fresh. Poor little lobster lol.Good place to eat if you have alpha-gal meat allergy, although still a chance of cross contamination from the burger or bacon, but much less than most typical chain restaurants. #eatmoreseafood
A friend and I dined here last week and it was my 2nd time dining here. It was a Sunday evening and it was not crowded at all. We sit down and the hostess informed us that Kaitlyn would be our server and would be right with us. This is where the red flags start...Kaitlyn arrived at our table close to 10 minutes after we sat down. She took our drink orders and when they arrived we put in the order for our app & dinner. We patiently waited for our food to arrive and 23 minutes passed and we still had not received our food. Nor had Kaitlyn brought us the biscuits we requested and refilled our now empty glasses. I know it was 23 minutes because we had grouped watched an episode of a show on our phones together.I had to get up and find a random waitress to see of she could find our waitress. Kaitlyn finally arrived close to 15 minutes later with our food and forgot the appetizer. We didn't get the chance to mention it to her because she dropped off the food and immediately left. Our food was cold and rubbery and she still had not refilled our beverages. We are approaching an hour of being there and the restaurant was clearing out and we were ready to go. Kaitlyn came back with our check and a pen. She ligbtly TOSSED the pen on the table and left again. We knew we were not going to tip her very well at this point. As we were wrapping up and having a casual conversation. Kaitlyn came over to our table and started adding her opinion to what we were talking about. So at this point we had had it and got up and left. I am not surprised at the service here. The first time I dined here, it wasn't that much different.
