I love Popeyes Chicken we get 14 piece tenders,2 large sides & 5 biscuits. I signed up for there app and got the 14 piece meal for $19.99 which normally cost $22.99. The only think I don't understand is why they want to charge you extra fee on baked macaroni when that's part of your large side. The cashier was very polite, the dining area was very clean. They do have handicap parking, curbside pickup. So if your hungry for fried chicken and you don't feel like cooking go stop by Popeyes Louisiana chicken and enjoy.
This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to! Sitting in the drive thru line was bad enough, but when we pulled to the window to pay and get our food, the he/she working the window was so rude. We had two separate orders, so the first one was paid for and food handed to us (a spicy chicken sandwich and a drink), then the he/she hands us two more drinks and then walks away (one was sweet tea that was hot and no ice). We are sitting there waiting and when it comes back, we are asked what are we waiting for. When we told it we needed the rest of or order, it slung it out the window to us. We thanked it and we got a mmm hmm in return. The first order was not a spicy chicken sandwich, the second order was missing the mac and cheese, the sauce, and the order was incorrect. We pulled around and I went inside to get the order corrected only to find the line inside was just as long as the drive thru with a majority of the customers returning from the drive thru line for incorrect orders. While waiting to get to the register all the customers inside could hear the manager arguing back and forth with the he/she at the window about how it kept messing up everyone's orders. All the he/she would do was stand there and laugh. I don't know what was worse the fact that the he/she wasn't fired immediately for the unprofessional behaivor it was displaying in front of the customers or the fact that the manager was just as unprofessional by continuously arguing like a child. We have contacted corporate demanding both childish people be terminated and will not be returning to this disaster of a restaurant
The general manager is extremely rude and when you try to tell him your order is incorrect he basically just shoos you away. It used to be good but it has really gone down hill. I went inside to ask for a sauce they forgot and everyone looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me until 10-15 minutes later. Awful customer service and awful management. (0/5 stars ). I work in the food industry myself and would never leave a bad review anywhere but hopefully this causes the store to become better.
Don't go after 9pm they always run out of everything and do not compensate for it. Wanted a meal only had limited variety peices of chicken dry breast meat and legs mainly and sides Cole slaw or fries and still wanted 30.00. Opted out hate the slaw and the time before the fries were ice cold so nasty.
"We're closed, we outta chicken!" is what I got last week after waiting in a long line. Not apologetic. It was like get out of the line while they served the person before me. I went back the next day with them saying we are out of almost everything. Yesterday, "we can't fulfill your order. We only have 5 chicken strips." Today, I went back early in the day after lunch and they told me they would not serve me spicy and mild tenders because they are low. So they could not fulfill my order a 4th time.The management here a month ago was great and all the workers were professional. Now the lines are long and angry customers yell in the drive through line because everyone is being served (or not) at a snail pace. This place is BAD now!
Popeyes makes the best fried chicken in the whole chicken world! I thought about making a sign stating that fact and walking up and down the street in front ofthe building. Just unbelievably good.
They finally open the lobby and man it is great. Because with the drive thru available oh man did it get full and such a long line! But now lobby open just makes this place much better and you actually get to try some of that popeyes good chicken
First, the employees are extremely rude! Throwing sauces and very dismissive. Rushed me to place my order, just for her to get every thing incorrect. They don’t answer the phone, and even when I brought the food back for the 3rd time!! It was incorrect! Asked for corporate and they took our receipt. Worst experience I’ve had!
Food was good, ordered classic chicken sandwich, they gave me spicy. I have a hard time with spicy. I told them 3 times classic, still got it wrong.
Quite possibly the worst Popeyes I’ve been to, I used to love this location but it’s gone downhill in the past year. Service is awful.
