10:43 May 14th service was awful ordered 2 orders of wings and pasta at 8:20 pm was told it would be 40mins give or take called store back at 9:35 to check the status of my $40 dollar order and was told it was out for delivery since 9:04 it was explained he had other orders as well with him after waiting and our and some change I called the store back once again @ 10:40 and the lady that answered was very unprofessional laughing and telling me my order was brought back to the store mind you my house is 5 minutes away from store wouldn’t recommend anyone order was canceled 1 star was chosen because it’s simply the lowest I could pick
Their online website is dodgy, it keeps sending my order to the store as carry out rather than delivery despite my double checking to make sure delivery was selected. If you order online, I'd call the store to make sure they got the order's carryout/delivery selected correctly.Other than that, the food is good and the person I talked to on the phone about the mix up was pleasant and corrected the issue.
Don't bother with this location. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes for a pizza I called to check on my order the very rude person answering the phone transferred me without a single word to a call center to a rep who said "pizza is out for delivery " and then disconnected. Customer Service is non existent with this location and apparently Pizza Hut.
The delivery driver sat our food on the porch without notifying us the food was delivering. Our food was cold by the time we realized that it was there. I had instructions to ring the doorbell and to text. Neither, happened. This is unacceptable
I always order light sauce on my pizzas but I did not get light sauce. It made it very hard to enjoy my pizza because there was so much sauce and my toppings were sliding off. I only ate 1 slice so I wasted money!
Make pizzas correctly. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One super Supreme and one meatlovers with double toppings. Both were supposed to have extra cheese. Neither did. The extra toppings were put on Supreme. Pizza was good, but not the way I ordered it
I ordered 3 different personal pan pizzas with 3 different toppings. It was supposed to be 1 super Supreme, 1 Hawaiian and 1 Hawaiian lua. I received 2 Hawaiian pizzas and 1 Hawaiian lua
Disappointed... First time ordering from here. Purchased 8 wings and only received 7. I also did not get the ranch dressing I asked for.

Ordered contactless carside carryout. Guy never brought out my food after I checked in. Waited over 15 minutes after my order was ready for pickup. Finally went inside and the guy at the counter just said "sorry bruh forgot your order." Poor service is not the way to keep customers. Pizza hut used to be the best back in 90s, what happened?
