Tried to order 7 pizzas for my sons birthday, like I do EVERY year. Junior refused stating that over 6 pizzas required 24 hours notice. I offered to order 6 and have someone else order my 7th- the man said “we can go back and forth all you want but I’m not making them.” So if I order 6 & someone orders 2 behind me they won’t make them either?????? Every year I order from this same store and never had a problem, and I usually order between 7-10 pizzas. I can order 7 on the app without being stopped, why is that?? Junior was beyond disrespectful. He said he can’t because it’s a “slower store”- wonder why that is? Oh, probably because they are rude and don’t want to make your pizza. Dominos is just as convenient & has bettered their pizzas anyway.
Unacceptable! I Ordered a pizza and wings. I was told it would take 40 minutes. 40 minutes after the text said it was out for delivery I called to to check on it. After an hour and 30 waiting on hold, I was going up on. Called back and was forwarded to a call center that can only take orders... I was told I was lying about not receiving my order and I would have to call back the next day and speak to the manager to fix the mistake for dinner tonight. After prepaying and tipping the driver 25%, not only do I not have my order, but I'm out the cost for a premium pizza, wings, delivery fee, and 25% tip. Now after 3 hours, I have to make food for the family. Unacceptable!
Ordered a pizza and it is by far the worst pizza I've ever tasted. It tastes like the ingredients are bad. I keep hearing bad things about this particular store and I'm inclined to agree now. They need to totally restaff this place. The workers are clearly terrible.
I tried the spicy pepperoni pizza and it was good. Yes, it has a kick to it but not overwhelming. There was sweat on my head!
Yikes! If I could rate this location a negative I totally would!. Place an order for delivery and when I received it it was missing cheese and burnt so we called the store. Let them know we were not happy with the order and ask for a remake. They said I can't but we can give you a credit. No we want to remake or money back so they said bring it up here and we'll see what we can do. We take the pizza to them and Brad the general manager says I can't do anything for you and begins to argue. So instead of catching a case, I contacted corporate who issued a refund. Perhaps Brad should spend more time working on his customer service and washing his hands after he goes to the restroom.
My order was dropped off at the wrong apartment. I waited for 2 hours and got a new order. Which I appreciate. And eventually my neighbor brought the other pizza back to me. It was just a mix up I’m sure.
The pizzas were made correctly and were ready on time. No waiting, cooked perfectly, and kept warm. Great job.
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas light on sauce and some bread sticks. Got 2 pepperoni pizzas, but absolutely downing in sauce. The bread sticks were covered in butter with no seasoning. Also the sauce was not mixed properly. Was basically tomato paste with nothing else in it. Talked with the manager, they stated that they did everything right and refused to hear anything we had to say. Wasn't even asking for a refund or anything, just was trying to give them a heads up. There goes 43 bucks in the garbage. Half the time we get great pizzas from here, the other half the time we get terrible pizzas like today.Do yourself a favor and order from the other pizza hut. Its a coin toss rather you'll have anything worth eating or not from here.
Pizza was made improperly. Crust was stale with no flavor, sauce was thick with no seasoning. Too much sauce was on the pizza and everything had a mountain of grease on top of the already greasy pizza.
The pizza was hot, delicious and delivered to my car at curbside...in the rain...by a friendly employee!
