Great customer service, and the food was delicious!! The man working today, i believe he saud his name was quincy, was the nicest person ever! Even gave my son a treat, definitely recommend this place, we will be back!
I like Penn Station. But this location tends to get to-go orders wrong all the time.
They make a pretty good Philly cheese stake. However, it would be nice if the added mozzarella cheese to their selection. Yes I know a traditional Philly cheese stake is NOT made with that.

Service was nice. But their sad tomatoes, lack of anything good to drink since all the drinks in the fountain needed changed. Their tables and restrooms were very dirty. Their food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price for the food that you get.
I rang the drive thur bell and waited about 10mins no one came to the window so i went inside to pick up my order

I have been coming here for years and the food was always great. The quality, exactness, everything. My last 2 visits, (maybe staff has changed) were terrible. The orders were wrong. Also, i had an italian. Instead of the usual meats , it just had pepparoni, someone had chopped into small pieces, just terrible. Please get the staff in order.
My son requested to have Penn Station Cheesesteak sandwiches as a special treat for his Birthday present today. He has loved eating Penn Station Cheesesteak sandwiches for over 20 years!!! He loves them!!!?
