I ordered the large steak and Jamon was behind the counter taking orders and making the subs. The sub was good, but the service and customer interaction by Jamon made the whole experience exceptional. He was very welcoming, has a smile that will light up a room, and with all seriousness told me I was about to have the best steak sub…period. While the food at Penn Station is good, Jamon makes everything GREAT!!!
Horrible customer service with trying to fix our door dash order. We did receive our refund from door dash but it does not chance that I have no dinner and the driver still got the tip. We tried to go pick up the same order ourselves and the closed 30 minutes early and stop taking calls as well. I really wanted to try this place. I will never order from there again.
Really enjoy there subs, love their fries. It all taste really good and fresh
Unbelievable. Maybe if the sandwich wasn’t anemic as hell. No pricing visible, no combo option. Had I realized the total before I swiped my card I would have walked out. Never again

Usually we love Penn Station sandwiches and the experience but this time there were problems. We ordered three sandwiches to go and only one was right. One was supposed to have onions removed and they were still on the sandwich. Another one was completely wrong and we were told they got our sandwiches mixed up. We got to our home 15 minutes away before we realized and we called the store. They told us they could remake it or give us store credit but we would have to come pick it up. Unfortunately we weren’t able to come get it immediately and it was quite an inconvenience. I understand that the employees were doing their job and following policy so we do not place blame on anyone. However, we do wish that they were able to do a little more to make it up to us and I hope that this mistake was a one time thing as we all hope to enjoy Penn Station again.
Got the artichoke sandwich w provolone, mushrooms, and oregano and added chicken. It was next level...amazing taste and texture. I will most definitely be back and looking forward to trying out their cheesesteaks. P.S. the half gallons of fresh squeezed lemonade and sweet tea were tasty as well and not overly sweet or commercial tasting.
