I order from this location all the time. Yesterday I ordered and my experience was wonderful. I went in to pick up my pizza and I was frantically looking for my check card. After searching with no luck the guy at the register said here, go enjoy your pizza. You are already upset enough. I did find my check card and went back in to pay and they said you don't owe anything. That is how you do business.
I stopped tonight for the family size stuffed 5 meat. I got cheese bread sticks and s'mores. On the way out I noticed my pizza was nowhere near the size it usually is, I blew it off, went home and baked it. There was literally a few pieces of meat on the under side ( hinch, why the pizza seemed slot smaller than normal) I don't know if it's because today was $10.00 large, $13.00 family size or maker was new. I usually stop 3 times a month. Not any more. The pizza had the great tastes just no toppings in the underside.sorry guys but I'll be going elsewheres.
I love this place. Thank you for being my dinner every other Saturday.

I HATE to give a (2) rating but paying attention to details matter for customers who order and SHOULD get what they order! I guess the team working today 2/13/21 was not so caring of details.
Do check your order before leaving this store.I ordered a pizza and 2sides online today. I picked up my order but did not check it at store. Both my sides (salad and 5cheese bread) were expired by 1 and 3 days. Plus they did not provide the marinara with 5cheese. After calling the store, store manager offered to replace the sides. I had to go back to store and pick up again (manager forgot to put side of marinara for the 2nd time). Really poor inventory management. After this incidence, I doubt if their pizza dough is made fresh. Not going back to this store ever.
