Austin the manager is hands down the best. I messed up and wasn’t able to change my address on the app. The order was going to go to my address 7 years ago. The store on church street was actually clueless but Austin was very knowledgeable and reached out to the other store to get my pizzas delivered. It’s not about if they could transfer my order or not, it’s that his customer service was superior! Ty. Order from old fort location! They are awesome!!!
I personally do not like the sauce and gooey texture of the epic stuff crust pizza I ordered. However, the service was speedy and friendly.
When I ordered my pizza it said 34-40 min on how long it would take to get here. A hour and a half later and I still don't have my order. When I looked at the tracking to see where my order was it said it was already delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened and I usually don't write bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I'm sure when/if I get my order it will be cold.
Ordered at lunchtime and my pizza was delivered within 25 minutes. It was still hot and fresh and was cut into nice big slices! Good Job Pj’s ??
Order never came and no one ever called. Driver said he called & knocked but he did not. I waited 2.5 hours, and an hour at the door once I got my text that the pizza was in route.
Such a terrible experience last night! Only got half my order and that took over 2 hours to get. Called the store several times and they kept telling me that yes half my order was left in store and not delivered and yes it was on the way and it was never delivered and no refund. Never received 1 NY Style One Topping Pizza, 4 Pizza Dipping Sauce Cup, or 4 Special Garlic Dipping Sauce Cup.
The worst experience I have ever had with a pizza delivery. It took over 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered and of course it was cold!!! It was a Wednesday night not a weekend or holiday. Will not order from them again.
I just placed an order with this store and it says it's going to take 2 hours before my food arrives. Very disappointed. If I would've known this, I wouldn't have wasted my money. By the time my food arrives, I'm not going to be hungry anymore due to being frustrated. This is pathetic.
I eat here too often. Great food everytime. Great deals almost anytime of the year. They are usually faster delivery than the other places
I called when the pizza was 20 minutes late. Not much concern from the store, so it must be typical. It was cold. (It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive) Order somewhere else, and you'll thank me later.
