So ridiculously slow. 1 pizza = 2 hours.1 pizza+bread sticks= next year.
I ordered three medium pizzas, one beef, one Italian sausage, and one pepperoni. All the pizzas were pretty small with little to no topping. I spoke with Shelby and she was very kind and understanding, and offered to resend me the whole order after refunding my order. She was very understanding, and coming from someone who worked at papa johns for many years she’s an excellent employee. They refunded it and re-sent it in 30 minutes.
MANAGEMENT. Very unprofessional. You will not receive what you ordered. I ordered a new York style and meat lovers pizza. I paid $32.00 and receive the meat lovers pizza only. Luckily for MANAGEMENT my old lady asked me not to pull up.
Enjoy ordering from papa Johns pizza. It’s always good and they mostly on time.
The box wasn’t sealed. It came like this with the toppings missing. Everything was cold cause it was the cheese wasn’t all the way melted.
It took 2.5 hours to get my pizza (i live 10/15mins away) and food was cold .very disappointed order from there alot with my kids and this is becoming regular
Over 40 minutes late. Food barely luke warm. Absolutely mediocre.
The pizza was good, but I received an expired 2-Liter Pepsi.
Just waited an hour and a half for a pizza and breadsticks delivery, called and they said it was ready but they had no drivers, so I went to pick it up and they only my side of breadsticks. They gave me my money back but I mean come on guys.
Best pizza for a low price and the garlic sauce be banging.
