Staff was friendly but I was at this location twice today for Sip Club iced coffee. The first time I had to take it back to my hotel and rework it for it to be palatable. The second time I just threw it away. I gave instructions both times. I'm just glad I didn't actually pay for either one.

Food pictures looks good but where's the meat when you get the sandwich. I had a turkey sandwich and I could not believe that there was only enough meat in it for a half of sandwich. Will not be going back.
Used to be my go to cafe since I live in part of the US where there are not many non-chain cafes. More have now popped up and Panera is moving away from the cafe selection. Only 1 good veggie sandwich option? Pizza? Mac & Cheese sandwich? Really?
The staff is as incompetent as they are rude. They consistently forget items and rather than hold themselves accountable want to blame others or even the guests. Management seems to show slight interest in short term solutions, but they're not addressing the issue. I will be demanding an employee review of my order each time from now on, and if the issue persists I won't be coming back.
The service is going downhill at the Memorial location quickly. We were missing a whole sandwich, the macaroni sandwich has barely any noodles on it, and the condiments asked for on another sandwich aren't there. Normally I just let it be, but when I drop $70 for food, I hoped it would be better than this. So disappointed:(
Came in just to order two loaves of bread to go. I waited at the checkout for a few minutes and no one was seen at all. I went to the pickup counter to ask if someone could take my order and was told “No, we don’t have anyone to take orders right now.” And that was all…then was told I could wait and see if someone shows up. Seriously…what?! What restaurant does that, while having FIVE employees in the back doing nothing. I never leave reviews, but felt this was kinda unacceptable.
Ordered through the app for delivery over the weekend. One item was missing in our delivery and when I called the store the girl I spoke to was SO helpful and nice. she went above and beyond to make it right. We were already panera customers for a while but will be back even more often. Thank you so much!
Super great customer service this morning! There were a couple minor mishaps (out of coffee, my bagel wasn't toasted), but the employees were quick to take care of them with great attitudes and friendliness, so that I could get my whole correct order as soon as possible! Thank you!
