Love the Strawberry Chicken Salad. great and fast service.
Having been to so many Panera stores, and being a foodie who also eats out at 5 star fine dining restaurants, I thought their service was SO great I’m writing a review. The service, cleanliness and food has never been better at a Panera than here! I was blown away by how friendly the staff was and how intensely they were cleaning the most basic areas, commonly forgotten, like the underside of tables. I’m just seriously impressed with everything about this place. GREAT staff.

One of my favorite places to visit in Murfreesboro. The soups are pretty tasty.
I place my order online. ETA was 11:58am. It is now 1:12pm and no sign of my Order. I have called four time only to have my calls dropped. I called their Headquarters and no one answer there either. I have a $50 gift card that I received for Christmas. This is the second time that I have ordered and they have messed up both time. I will donate that gift card to the homeless to use. No more Panera Delivery for this hungry working woman.
Lots of seating, entire soccer team plus parents and service was quick! The avocado was skimpy on my sandwich and they promptly gave me a little cup of more to make it right. Always lover Panera and this one was no different. A+
I’ve been going to a Panera Bread for weekend breakfast somewhere in Tenn for the last 20 years. I get the same meal every time and the quality of the food varies greatly depending on which location you go to. I now live in Rutherford Co and there are 3 different Panera locations I go to on the weekends. Of the 3 the one on Old Fort Hyw , Murfreesboro Tn is by far the worst. My sandwich I always get is always cold and the bread tastes like it was made a week ago , they never change out the coffee until the pot is totally empty and by then it tastes totally awful. The other two locations in Rutherford Co are not this way at all. Sure don’t know why but I say avoid this Panera location .
I've been calling this store for 5 hours regarding an item that was left off an order. No one answers the phone, but the line sure disconnects automatically after so many rings.
I really like Panera bread in general, but this location seemed a bit out dated or just not cleaned very well. The food also seemed/tasted either pass due or not done right. How I know this.... well I've been at other locations, same dish and could taste the difference right away. Personal was very friendly just those things.
I ordered the Green Goddess Cob Salad with chicken and the chicken and rice soup on the you pick 2. Drove all the way home, there wasn't any chicken on the salad. Payed for chicken didn't get chicken. Check your orders before leaving this place.
