The best place to eat at lol highly recommended?
New location and modern layout. I chose the Beijing Beef, Walnut Shrimp and Chow Mein.The food was good but not the same as an established Panda Express. I really like the food taste at the Thompson Lane location.The Chow Mein was dry and not very flavorful. The other food was up to par. The cola machine was fresh and cold. The staff was kept busy by a flow of customers.
Horrible service, lots of yelling and too many employees running around- ignoring the customers standing right in front of them. Mixed up our order with others. What kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of soy sauce??Food is okay, lots to choose from- but no real vegetarian options. Hire a grown up, will you?
Went to panda express as I wanted to try something new on my way home. This location was easy to get to, however the service was horrible. Pulled up to the window and asked if i could have a minute, the lady in drive thru rushed me and basically told me to come inside. Never have I ever had such a bad taste from leaving a restaurant but this one definitely topped the cake. Another employee ended up taking my order which he was really nice & knew he wanted to do right by the service. Called the manager and he seemed like he cared but didn’t sound sincere about it at all. Will be contacting corporate, seems as if every review I read here did not have any luck with this location. I’ll definitely stick to the N. Thompson one from now on.
This panda genuinely is the worst. I’ve been like 9 times to this new location, And the first few times I chalked it up to them being new but nothing has changed. They are literally ALWAYS out of white rice and at least one entrée. The kids in the drive thru don’t care, the last time I went he didn’t even look at me, literally took my card and talked to his coworkers the whole time I was at window. Lame.
I usually love their food so much, but every time I come when they supposedly open, they aren’t open or they tell me a different time. Come back at 11, 1130, no one will even answer at the drive-through… I don’t even see times on the doors anywhere. Google doesn’t have the right time I guess. It would just be nice to know when I can come and enjoy their food. This is the third time I have tried and they are not open. Google says 1030, and it is after 1030. No answer through drive thru or the phone and I see plenty of employees inside. It would at least be nice for them to tell me excuse me ma’am, we are not open yet. But no, they just ignore everyone. Sad. And not very polite
I was excited when built a new location near my work. I have eaten here 3 times. 2 they were locked down. I placed order online. They limited items listed. I sat in the parking, thinking someone would bring it to me. It never happened. I had to sit through a very slow-to-go order line. They have built this new building and the service is horrible and slow,
Very slow moving drive through line. Waited over 25 minutes behind 3 cars to get to the order speaker to be told they had no teriyaki chicken.

This place needs help. Went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong three times. They missed half of my food. The manager was pleasant and apologetic l, but the food was not fresh at all. This is a new restaurant, but they need better training and management especially during dinner rush.
