My daughters love panda, and we eat here nearly weekly.It’s become very uncommon to find a clean table, regardless of if they are busy or slow, the dining room is consistently neglected.They are also consistently out of various necessities like forks or chopsticks. Soy sauce. Fortune cookies. Most recently I ordered multiple drinks and when I asked for lids they stated they were completely out - would have been nice to know when I ordered my drinks.Still giving them 2 stars because my daughters love coming here despite the chaos.

Food was warm, and mostly cold. Manager was a latino man?The cashier charged me $2.50x3=$9.50 plus tax for WATER????I complained and I got no apology's except me to bring the cups full of water back for a refund. NO APOLOGY NOTHING. Just the refund!!!!I told him I will never come back to this restaurant. He just raised his shoulders like he didn't care.DONT EAT HERE FOOD IS COLD AND PEOPLE THE WORK THERE ARE NOT THERE TO HELP YOU. THEY ARE THERE JUST FOR A CHECK.Note: I never give bad reviews unless the business is horrible

I usually enjoy Panda's food. So much so that my wife and I drove to the Murfreesboro Thompson Ln. location for dinner. First, I understand having to get to go or o line orders ready HOWEVER, my wife and I stood I front of three young gentlemen obviously preparing carryout orders for 6 whole minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence. There was only one other customer in the store and he was already seated and eating. This is no way to show appreciation to customers that travel to your business to spend their money. We may have waited if we had at least been acknowledged. They had several opportunities because several of the men looked in our direction but quickly looked away once they made eye contact. I see no reason to continue to fill carry out order after carry out order when customers are standing right there in front of you. Never going back to this store and will think long and hard about ever going to any Panda again.

I ordered an online pickup order. The order was wrong, so I called the store and a manager said they would replace the incorrect meal and give me a $10 gift card. When I came in to get the replacement meal one of the workers responded with giving me a TINY container of beef and broccoli. I told him what the manager said and he replied that I was lying and that he was standing next to the manager when he was on the phone. Eventually I got the correct order which had maybe six pieces of meat and the rest broccoli. I don’t usually complain about things but I will not be going back to this Panda Express.

The orange chicken us yummy I love it and the fried rice is yummy has well..Root beer was out asked the cashier to go put a new there was prompt and friendly they got it changed right away..

Went in for a quick bite, friendly associates, food was hot and fresh, clean.Manager was running a tight ship as the crowd increased and everyone worked together.Food was very good, hotTeriyaki chicken could have been a bit better needed more Teriyaki. Otherwise great visit.

We ordered food to go. I ordered beef and broccoi. The veggies were mush and the beef was nonexistent. 99% was rice. I will never order from this Panda Express again .

Food quality has been diminishing last few times I've been. Hopefully they improve.

Pretty good service all around, but one employee, Malachi, definitely had an attitude and not a very positive one.

Okay let me preface this with their food is good(sometimes) but...This place keeps bringing these amazing dishes such as Honey Sesame Chicken Breast and SweetFire Chicken but then they keep removing these good options and leaving their mediocre options like Orange Chicken and their terrible options like Kung Pao Chicken. It's incredibly annoying finally finding a easy food place you like then them removing the only good food they have whenever they feel like it.
