The food is prepared excellently. Our server, however, was missing most of the service. To be fair, it was Mother's Day. But when the table next to us has their service continued the entire time when seated after us, this causes frustration. It was an hour wait to get a table, which is normal on any holiday and we had no issues with the wait to be seated. But another twenty minutes to get our drink orders in, which we did not receive all at once, is something. To be frank, saying "I'll be right back" should mean 3 to 5 minutes. Not 20, and certainly not while we watch a different four person table seated after us have a smooth service their entire meal while we wait for drinks. A different server altogether brought our meals, which happens in a busy restaurant. During the meal, we saw our server one time about refills as she checked on us, which also took a considerable amount of time. Once done, we requested to go boxes, as serving sizes are always large in Olive Garden which we like. We paid and waited; then waited some more. After another 20 minutes for the two to go boxes, we got one. We decided we would just leave it as is. Fortunately, she arrived as we were getting up with the second box, so we were able to leave with the rest of our food. Maybe it was a bad day for her with the volume of customers. We will be back, of course, one set of poor service won't negate our custom. But maybe some of the staff can receive more training in time management. From start to finish, we were at the restaurant for 3 hours.
Haven't been to one in a few years and had to eat lunch here. As always delicious food.The staff here were very friendly. We have a service dog and wanted to sit somewhere where he wouldn't be in the way and the manager helped us out. Unfortunately, our waitress hardly came to our table. We got one drink refill during our meal there. Not sure if she was having an off day or what but she was at her other tables more than ours.
Love , but waitress did not acknowledge me at all, instead she catered to my adult daughter...so being the person paying for our meal her service was reflected in the tip.Ordered again last week for take out service instead of dine in because I felt unwelcomed the week before.
As a family, we love to go to Olive Garden. The food is delicious, the place is clean and the atmosphere is inviting. The bread sticks are delicious, and the soup is great. Everything is served hot. Overall, a great restaurant. I definitely recommend it.
I love Olive Garden but this experience was a huge disappointment. I ordered to go for a family of 4. We ordered 2 lunch spaghettis, 1 lunch lasagna, and 1 dinner chicken marsala. The lunch portions were extremely too small. Considering pasta is fairly cheap and the meals were $10 apiece I expected a decent amount of pasta. We received huge salads which were mainly lettuce and these small containers of pasta. I was very underwhelmed. Next time I'll eat inside or just make my own spaghetti at home. However, the service was good and quick and we received everything we ordered. But I don't recommend ordering to go for lunch. I don't mind spending money but not if I don't get the portions that I paid for.
Holly was absolutely amazing. She was wonderful in more ways than I could explain! Not only was she fast and efficient, she was so polite and memorable. My husband and I really connected with her on such a deeper level than the basic “Hi, how are you?” I can honestly say, I will remember her. Everyone in the customer service industry should be like her! She is the prime example of OUTSTANDING customer service. She definitely deserves recognition. The food was amazing as well! Best birthday dinner ever!
Food was good, had to call curbside to get them to bring the order out though even after we checked in
I really love this place. The servers and hostesses are always friendly. My favorite is the angel hair with meat sauce and Italian sausage. That Italian sausage is the best item on their menu. I could eat it everyday along with the gnocchi soup. I also love that they offer gluten free pasta, because my husband has a what allergy.
Always love this Olive Garden. Staff greeting at the doors were awesome and so sweet. Seated promptly and server arrived post haste. Kyle(sp), the server was very nice. He is very soft spoken and tried very hard to keep up with his tables. He forgot to bring me a refill, but got me a to go drink. Food as always was delicious and I enjoyed my lunch there.
Busy but very nice. Loved our wait staff and the food was great too. It was definitely worth the wait! If you leave still hungry? That's on you as they're quick with making sure you have enough soup, salad, and breadsticks, but also appetizers and entrees are quick from order to table as well. Thanks for having us!!!
