We tried 3 restaurants in the area and walked out because of under staffing and dirty.O Charley's on Old Fort Pkwy in MurfreesboroTN was the only one that was right. We come here often and the restaurant and staff are fabulous. There isn't any of the nonsense of short staff. They had a lot of servers who were pleasant and thorough.. The restaurant is just finishing its update and looks great. Nice, clean and bright. Tables and booths are spotless. The food is consistent each time we go. We hope you acknowledge their hard work and keep this restaurant going in the right direction.
Just a below average experience all around. Soggy checken parmesan, burnt fried fish, had to ask for utensils, and the check was rushed to the table within moments of the food.
I ordered from there last night, and food had mold on it. Literally moldy, green and white. How does that go unnoticed?
The potatoes in my soup were hard, no straws, waitress wasn't attentive and forgot things. Plus side... Cedar Planked Salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly! My salad was good
Steak was extremely salty and looked like it was cooked in the microwave. Less than half our food was eaten, waiter didn't even inquire why we hardly ate. Tea and bread were great, but that's pretty much everywhere. My fault for going there as their food has sucked for several years now.
Only leaving a 2 star because our server was sweet. We ordered two of the 6 oz sirloins medium with Mac n cheese, when the food came out it wasn’t the prettiest sight. The steak looked like cardboard and the Mac n cheese clearly looked bland. When we began to eat the Mac n cheese was cold and our steaks tasted awful. After my boyfriends second bite into his steak there was a hair strand. Wont be coming back after this experience not worth the 40$.
Worst old Charlie’s I’ve been to wont come back!! Filet mignon was over cooked and not a good flavor!! To top it off my friend can’t eat lettuce, so he order a salad with only tomato, cheese, onion. The manager said they had to charge for the onion because the onion wasn’t pre prepared and the lettuce was. Ok you might want to rethink your management skills to keep customers!! When a customer is spending $65 dollars on a meal I think it would be nice of you to not charge $1.29 for onion!! You lost us both as customers hope your 1.29 was with it!! Your food is no good either!! Texas Roadhouse from now on!! Maybe get management lessons from them !! Be warned don’t waste your money here!!
This used to be my absolute favorite restaurant in Murfeesboro. Now, it isn’t however I occasionally still enjoy going. The rolls were fresh, hot and delicious. My side salad was average. The tomato and cucumbers were not fresh or tasty. I likely would skip the side salad if your like me and love a great salad. Especially since they charge $2 for not choosing the free sides. You will be dissatisfied. Now to the main course I asked for a Very Well Done Filet Mignon and let me say that I got exactly what I wanted! It was quite tasty and not hard. I also got asparagus on the side and it was also cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. For dessert I got a lovely, decadent piece of caramel pie with whipped cream and chopped nuts. A beautiful site and Very filling! (As a side note they no longer do Free Pie Wednesday.) If you want a delicious, mouth watering dessert they are a great go to restaurant! Coffee and Pie oh my!
Try again!! To anyone who hasn't tried this place in this last month, revisit! The last 2 visits were terrible!!!! Due to wait at nearby places, decided to try one more time.SO GLAD I DID!!!! Jacob, the greeter was amazing, helpful and accommodating. My waitress Rheanna was amazing! Kept my drink filled, rolls filled and my order was perfect!! My food was hot and cooked just right. Again try this place for a wonderful dinner!!!
The food was excellent...I do advise be patient. They are under staff but the 2 young ladies at the front and our waiter worked their butts off to make sure our visit was pleasurable. Great job!!!
