Normally I'd give Newks a 5, but they're losing a star because I had a terrible experience last week and they didn't respond to my complaint.I won't go into details since that was the first negative experience I've had out of likely 40-50 visits. What does disappoint me is that no one even emailed me back when I let them know what happened.I'll be back, but I'll be wary.
So disappointed! Newk’s must be in a cost saving mode, because the large salmon salad had a skinny little piece of salmon with a salad mix made up of blackened romaine! This is one time I wish I had taken a picture!

I love Newks. That said, this particular visit was not my favorite.For starters, the staff were not particularly friendly or accommodating. There were a few exceptions, but overall they seemed to be bothered by our presence.The food was delicious, as normal. We got the chicken Caesar salad. They went a bit heavy on the dressing this time, but overall, still well done.The biggest issue was the bathroom sink not working and the giant spill that just kind of sat in the middle of the floor. It was hard to navigate the sting area because the floor was soaked in standing water.Overall, not the best experience but we still love Newks.
2 tables sat... everything else is filthy. It's 2:40 pm on a Wednesday and we've been here 30 minutes and no one has even attempted to clean a single table. This location is absolutely disgusting. Had to just sit at a dirty table and brush it off in order to sit down. The food was not at all worth the price. I can't in my right mind recommend anyone to come to this location.

One or two other customers here and it still took 22 minutes to get my sandwich out. Staff alright and food a little pricey. Otherwise good food.
Not bad but a bit high for decent food I don't feel they give you a great portion just enough to make you satisfied
We're both newk's fans my wife likes the salads I like the pizza everything they got seems to be good
Probably the dirtiest Newk's i've ever been to. Dining area dirty, restrooms dirty, drink area dirty. I don't understand how it go to the point it's at, but they need to change. I'll likely never know because I don't think i'll ever go back to this location when we have one across town that is generally very clean.
