Mimi's is a special treat. I just love the atmosphere they give off here. Cozy. Quaint. A little bit of a New Orleans early morning vibe.I have no complaints about the food and service here. In fact, the man who greets and seats you as you walk in is a total professional. I do not know his name, but I can assume he's been there for a few years as I've seen him multiple times throughout the years of my visits. He is charming, nice and considerate. A real professional. I enjoy his dedication to his job.I do wish that the bottomless mimosas were a bit cheaper. It's $6 for one mimosa OR $18 for bottomless mimosas. So, you would have to drink 4 mimosas to come out ahead (and drunk). If you're drinking 4 mimosas in the morning, then you're just trying to go back to bed. My suggestion is bring the bottomless price down to $15.
The food was excellent and our server was exceptionally good at what she did. However, the reason for three stars was because the speed of service was slow. I don't think it was the server because she was covering a number of tables and seemed busy. However, our starters/salads took over 20 min and our main course took over 40 min since placing the order. No one apologized for the delay. And we were there well before the dinner rush as there were only about three or four other tables occupied.
Excellent food and excellent service. I don’t live in Murfreesboro but I’m here a lot on business. I will definitely eat here again. It was so good!!!

Amazing service, food was delicious. I brought my service dogs and we ate outside without no problem. The patio is so nice and calming. Met the owner, and he was so friendly and professional. Such a pleasure. ? % recommend. Thank You!!!
Staff is absolutely amazing, especially Megan our waitress. The food was excellently prepared and came out with little wait. Their drinks are amazing, I loved the strawberry lemonade and my friend loved her iced latte. I got the ham crepes and it was so delicious. She got the poached eggs over smoked salmon and said it was incredible. My other friend got cheesy scrambled eggs with corned beef hash and she loved it. I highly recommend this place. They offer bottomless mimosas as well.
Came here with my boyfriend. The food was phenomenal. My boyfriend fell in love instantly with the red velvet pancakes and his version of v8 splash (orange & tomato juice) lol. My food was amazing as well. Although, what or who even made the experience as amazing as it was, was the waitress Chloe. ( I hope I’m spelling it right) She was an amazing & sweet waitress. If I could have service such as great as her at every restaurant I visit, it would be amazing. Thank you Mimi’s Cafe. Your design and retro interior is a nice touch as well. Definitely coming back!

Not a fan of doing things on Valentine's day especially when you're alone, however decided to try something new which is not something I do often. The place seemed well enough and I though I might as well give it a shot. Pleasantly surprised by my waitress, Trinity, who worked with effort and seemed happy to help the entire time. If not for her, I'm not sure how my visit would have gone but I'm happy for the good note on this day. Much thanks to the staff, especially Trinity!
