When asking my mom to repeat her order the rude lady working the drive thru this monday morning tried to say my mom had a tone thru an ordering window. HOW? First off. When your working a JOB why you so emotionally involve in work to where an order makes u accuse a customer of a tone. Also she didnt have a tone in her voice. If you cut down the loud machines in the store then you can hear the customer trying to order the first time and not make them repeat it to where you "feel" offended off a food order. Maybe also try some Q tips. They help keep your ears clean so you can hear. Fix your personal life then maybe wont attack someones mom thru a drive thru window like a petty sad woman. Hire better ppl. Also your manager needs more accountability too. CHOOSE BURGER KING B4 THIS HELL OF A PLACE. WATCH WAHT YOU SAY TO MY MOTHER TOO RUDE LONELY WOMAN. A DRIVE THRU WINDOW DOESN'T KEEP YOU SAFE OFF THE CLOCK. PERIOD. NOT EVERYONE WILL LIKE THEIR MOM TREATED LIKE THAT.

myself and my Husband where given horrible service by your employee, female manager Spanish decent or African American, she was quite rude to say thee least, I've never encountered a rude employee until this morning at your McDonald's on medical pwky in Murfreesboro, TN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ???

Doesn’t know how to take orders right. Their fudge sundaes aren’t good anymore the fudge is never hot like it used to be. We ordered drinks, never got straws and only a few napkins. The lady at the drive thru was not very friendly. We got our food thrown at us basically and never asked us if it was our order. This location compared to others is awful. I would tell other patrons to go to a different location or establishment

I take my daughter to this location for our daddy daughter dates and I have always had a great experience. They are always 100% accurate and this visit especially my daughter wanted a Dr. Pepper and the self serve fountain was down so a very friendly lady named Brenda said "let me see what I can do about that". Then proceeded to go to the back and get her one from the drive-thru. I am blown away from the kindness.

My husband and I decided to grab breakfast before heading out on a road trip. I had a big breakfast with pancakes. While eating the pancakes my gum was stabbed with a piece of some foreign plastic object. It was clear and about 1/8" wide and 1/2" long. It wasn't the white fork I was using. I pulled it out of my mouth and my gum was bleeding. I decided to let the girl behind the counter know. I didn't return my food because it was nearly gone. She simply said that she thought that was impossible. I was dumbfounded and just walked away at her lack of interest in what clearly was not an "impossible" occurrence.

Got my order wrong and I yelled at the speaker to change it, with no results.. then when I got around to the window he said he had changed it, but he couldn't answer me while I was yelling at the speaker?

I had a mobile order, though that would speed things up. Nope. I chose to go inside to pick it up. All doors were locked. This was around 6:30 am. Took 10 min to get my hashbrown and tea.A few days later, tried it again. Mobile order with tea and hashbrowns as I was heading out to sports practice. Waited outside for 10 min. Went in and had to wait another 10 min. Ridiculous.

Jennifer's the best. She provided great service and really made our McDonals's experience a good one!

The cashier was really nice in these trying to figure out why car pull this girl wasn’t in her Booth so we drove up to the next window and called the McDonald to tell them that it went to the wrong window on accident it wasn’t on purpose and she said yeah I’ll be down in a minute with an attitude not nice all just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you take out on other specially if they your Guest .! But don’t give an attitude to a guest when you’re the one not at your window ;)

My coworker and I came in to eat, the front was friendly. The service was fast and our over all experience has been amazing.
