This is my go to micky ds but they let me down this morning.
This place generally has better than average McDonald’s in the ways it’s prepared. But never open after 10 pm hardly work nearby sometime unexpectedly have to stay over and this is supposed to be 24 hours tried atleast 3 times this month closed. Might as well just close at 10 or 11, I’ve even tried at 1am today closed. But that’s everything today nothing stays open later.
this is and i mean IS the best mcdonald’s i have ever ate in my life no jokes here. i’m from the armpit of indiana and all the mcdonald’s SUCK! but this place was like heaven, i’m about to uber this to indiana for myself. so if anyone would like to do that i will pay them great money to do so. the chicken was exquisite and delicious, and quite honestly the most action i’ve had in months ?! overall i wanna live in this mcdonald’s and eat here everyday!
I've been to plenty of McDonald's, this one is good. Quick service, attentive to customers. Accurate orders.
Mr. Ricky demonstrated great leadership, one of the cleanest McDonalds I've been to and I'm from Mississippi. My food was extremely hot! I will be back again! Outstanding Job!! And Great Team Leadership!!

On 03/10/2022 @ 8:16 pm I started out at the drive-thru. The girl who took my order was EXTREMELY rude from the moment she opened her mouth. Everything she said sounded like she had an attitude & was hateful. "What can I get started?" No "Hello". I tell her I'm using the app. "What's your code?" I tell her, then tell her what I'd like. Still with attitude she asks me if I want the meal. (I'm using the $6 for a main item with medium fries & medium drink.) So now I'm confused and I say, "Isn't it already a meal?" She snaps back with "Yes!" I sat there for a second thinking...is this really happening? I mean, why wouldn't I want the meal? Why would I pay 6 bucks for just a 10 piece nugget? Then I said, "You have an attitude." She yells, "Girl bye! Get outta the drive-thru!" I said, "That's it! I'm coming in." She yells, "I don't give a F*$K!" and continues to ramble on about something as I drive away. I go inside and politely ask for a manger and explain what happened. Selina takes my complaint and says she'll get to the bottom of it. She was friendly but didn't seem surprised. This is NOT acceptable! I've worked customer service almost my whole life and know how hard it is to deal with people. But I have NEVER cussed someone out no matter how bad they treat me. I wasn't even rude to her until she popped off one too many times. I've been going to this location for over 15 years and have had some pretty crappy service. But this takes the cake! I've tried several times to contact corporate via their website. But each time after submitting my complaint, "Page Not Found" appears. Hopefully this will get to the appropriate person.
Check your order before you leave. Half the employees have zero Fs to give and can't read a monitor. The leave the bag on the counter, no ticket, don't know what's in the bag when asked. Order two copies, one with cream. Which one had cream? Don't know, you'll have to check. Maybe this sounds fussy, but this is unskilled labor and some employees are failing to even meet that standard.
The third shift speaker lady had a very good attitude, personable, quick, accurate, and didn't look half bad if I might say so myself. Great job!
The food has became the same at every store. You may get a friendly employee occasionally but more often than not they do exude customer service. Rare you ever get fresh and hot food. And I would dare say over 60% of my visits the food order is wrong. We rarely go anymore just for these reasons. It’s nothing like it used to be.
