I visited this location on March 2, 2022 about 3:15 PM. I used the drive through. The person on the speaker was exceptionally courteous. When I got to the pay window, I was also met with a nice friendly face, also very courteous. When I got to the pickup window what a difference! The girl there didn’t even look at me, just handed the food out without saying a word and didn’t even respond when I said “Thank you!” I don’t see a future for this person in customer service and highly recommend that you put her in the kitchen instead of at the window.
They served me raw meat and had the nerve to tell me that it was okay to eat and I wasn’t gonna get my money back . Then called the cops on me . I recommend that no one eats at this place ever again . They don’t care about there customers at all
I will never visit another McDonald's in Murfreesboro. This is the second time we have tried to eat there and the manger was completely rude and hateful. We didn't even order we just left.i only rated it one because they will not let you post if you don't.
Was a pretty good McDonald's to stop in to. But in the recent weeks the women taking the orders in the drive though gets ruder and ruder.
This McDonald's stands out. When I order threw the app they are quick to come to the car 99% of the time and it is Always freshly made. I recommend to anyone if you order a filet o fish, get it Made To Oder. That ways it's fresh Everytime
Average McDonald's, mediocre lukewarm food, every once in a while it's hot. This location 70% of the window employees hand you the food and shut the window, no normal social skills, no thank you or have a nice day... if you tell them thank you a lot if them don't bother to say you're welcome... takes too much effort I guess There are a few exceptions that are nice and polite, most businesses don't let employees act like that.
About a month and half ago, my son and I came through this drive through. It was nothing new, kind of our Monday thing on the way to an appointment. This day we reached our destination after getting 2 6piece nugget kids meals, to find they didn't put the nuggets in. I called and they said I could come back and get new meals. I couldn't due to appointments so they said they would send out coupon's for 2 free meals. I have given it plenty of time and as I went through today I asked about it and the hispanic manager was extremely rude about it all. She informed me that she wasn't going to do anything about it cause I had no proof. I typically check my orders before leaving the window this day I was in a hurry because they were super slow and I was running behind. Be aware... Always check your orders!

Tonight, 10/28/21, they will be serving pink burgers. Then not answering their phone.It wasn't till I got home that I find that 2 of my hamburgers (being one of their most expensive on the menu, double quarter pounder with cheese) were far from cooked. The rest of the order was fine from what we can tell. But this much money for something we can't eat is ridiculous
Way way better than Shelbyville.
