So I was at the location on old frt and Thomson lane I went into the store stood at the counter and was never addressed I said he'll to attempt to let them know I was there I did this because the manager never looked up. I work in the hospitality industry, I said hello again her response was. You can see that we are busy. I said u could've acknowledged me, she the without hesitation said get out. Never have I ever been been treated so rudely and by management

Was very disappointed with service. My sandwich was wrong. I went inside to get the correct chicken sandwich it took forever and my sandwich was still wrong. I when saw an employee drop a happy meal toy on the floor, still putting it in the bag and send it out the drive thru window. He when dropped a happy meal box on the floor, he still put food it in and sent it out the window as well. I when trashed my sandwich…I will not be going to this location again.

You’d be much better off taking the drive down to McDonalds on I-24 and Almaville Rd. Any McDonald’s run by McGuire’s Management will never give you Quality Food or even halfway decent Service. Like EVER. There Reviews are not lying. The Quality and Service at any restaurant under their umbrella is Horrendous… and from the Top Down, they do not care!

I took my service dog here to get some chicken nuggets after a day out. He recognizes when we pull into McDonalds now, he's such a fan. He really loves this location and so do I! Everyone that works here is very friendly and the food tastes great.

Can't beat a $1.00 drink. Fast, efficient. Even. Seen the manager giving a girl a job well done speech. Love it encouragement goes s long way with a team.

If you’re looking for poor customer service. I highly recommend to check out this restaurant. They have extraordinarily poor customer service. The GM talked over me the entire time. Didn’t allow me to speak nor even qualified the opportunity for me to explain. Made excuses the entire time. Although I’m sure you don’t care, i won’t be spending my money with you again.

This McDonald's has served my family & I raw Quarter pounders on 3 different occasions now. Your managers don't care & neither does the owners McGuire Mngmt. I have all my receipts & this time I kept all 3 of your RAW Meat Pounders with Cheese for the Health department & an Attorney!

Waited over 30min from ordering .you food until I receive it and it took over 20 min just to order it and another 15 min until I got to pay for it at the window. I never have waited that long and is very unsatisfied in my book. Frys was not even warm, cold!! Burger was just about the only thing that I was satisfied with. Cashier was very nice, and the food server was an OK because all he cared about is throwing the food out the window and not taking the time to see if everything was up to our satisfaction, which it wasn't!!

Staff was friendly and helpful, my issue is that I had made a mobile order and I had to add some things at the last minute. The app then wouldn't confirm my payment. I then had to go inside the restaurant itself where, as I stated the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately whatever happened with the app also caused their system to freeze up completely for approximately 5 minutes. I appreciated the fact the staff were so helpful, but I also ended up getting shorted a sandwich that I had ordered. I had ordered the food at this location because it was closest to where I was currently at, with me having to travel @ 30 miles away from home for a Dr's appointment. I didn't notice that I was missing part of my order until I made it home and parted out the order to my family. Just a friendly, if albeit, long, statement to remind everyone to check your orders before you leave anywhere you have had technical difficulties with modern technology. We are all only human and make mistakes, I actually had to ask for cups and a drink holder for my combo meals, but I received them immediately upon request and was apologized to for that slip up. So ,ZERO hard feelings towards any member of the staff. I just have to remember, as I stated earlier, check your orders people, no one is perfect and mistakes are made all the time.
