Always a good experience. Clean. Efficient. Friendly. Most importantly, excellent food.
Having been delivered a lunch order, I was pleased with how the takeout order was packaged and maintained. While having ordered soup, about 35 minutes had passed from the time of it being prepared to when it was eaten. That the meal was still hot was ideal. Pricing is fair, and the food provides a good level amount of comfort for a lunch meal.

We love McAlister's. The sandwiches and salads are always delicious. The portion sizes are good. The cookies are yummy. And they have really good iced tea! The staff is always friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and the food arrives quickly!
This McAlister's feels upscale compared to the average. Nicer dining room, and a shaded, outdoor option
It's been a while since I last visited McAlister's and this visit was pleasant. The menu has been updated and my order was fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and responsive even with it being in the middle of the lunch rush. The only drawback was that in order to get to the restrooms you had to go through a meeting room that was occupied during my visit. There may have been an alternate route but I didn't see it. Overall good experience.
It was amazing, the food was delicious, I had mac n cheese, and a reuben sandwich best I've ever had, and a strawberry lemonade. I plan to go back. Wish we had one in our town!!
If you want something easy, quick good sandwhich, good soup or a baked potato you will be happy. New Yorker and Memphian are my two favorites.
The grilled chicken salad is very good and filling. Main issues here are that the floors are like walking on a lucked lollipop.....sticky! Would like to see more gluten-free options.
It was a good experience. The sandwiches could of had a little more meat for my liking & for it's price. The restaurant was clean, the staff members were friendly, and the food did not take long to come to the table.
