Food is great but service sucks. I ordered a mobile order at 5:19 got there 15 minutes later, it still was not done. Waited an additional 20-25mins before I got my order. Front house was standing around when they could’ve been busting tables or helping in the kitchen. One was counting her tips while there was at least 10-15 ppl waiting for their food. I thought there was one person in the kitchen, there was three ppl and they still took 30+ mins which is ridiculous. Never should someone wait even close to that time for their food when they’re not even that busy.
I order my food online, like I normally do. Got back to my office and my grilled chicken wrap did not have all the ingredients that I added, let alone the wrap was so hard, I had to dump everything out of the wrap in order to eat my food. How can I give a good review if you can’t even make my order right. Then I sat on the phone for 3min waiting to talk to a manager. Best believe I will not order from this location again, even if I have to drive across town and go to the other one.
They keep saying they are short staffed but they have like seven people working. They are not organized nor do they even have a clue where they are on the order. They need better management. They have no sense of urgency.

There were knats flying around our table and i couldnt understand their app system so it sucked their establishment worked a lot better few years back one of the knats flew in my fiance's salad and she couldn't eat the rest of it
If you are paying 10 bucks for a baked potatoe you would expect nicely loaded, toppings falling out of the top, overwhelming spud but instead you get tiny bit of topings on the top and nothing under, so basically you are buying a plain potatoe for 10 bucks, very disappointed
Im a Dasher was attempting to pickup an order for a customer at around 6pm October 23 2021 had to announce myself loudly to get a manager attention because her staff was overwhelmed but she had time to text and stand around and ignore the 6 ft 3 in man by himself at the delivery counter and add to her staffing dilemma instead of helping I’ve waited over 20min at this point just a mess I feel for my customer. I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you manage in the food industry and your understaffed. You pitch in and help??
This location is close to where I live in Murfreesboro. There was ample seating that was being cleaned and picked up when I went to sit down after placing my order.I chose "The New Yorker" sandwich with a cucumber salad as my side with unsweetened tea with lemon for my drink.Sandwich came with a half lb of pastrami and corned, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and a smidgen of 1000 dressing on sliced marbled rye bread. The meat was tender and tasty. Sauerkraut was a little too wet with liquid that dripped all over my hands throughout the meal. The bread was limp and was tasteless. The salad was chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers with 2 very small slices of red onion that had very little dressing.The staff was polite and helpful. I received a 10% veteran's discount on my order.
Great sandwiches. They were huge and fixed just like I ordered will always choose McAlister when I need a awesome sandwich, at home or work!!
