Very Large menu, my shrimp were not peeled and were overcooked. So after peeling them by hand, all of the seasoning was removed and the bland shrimp was chewy. My rice was just above room temperature, but the French fries were crispy and delicious. The cheese dip was also quite good and a bit spicy. Unfortunately that is not enough for a meal in my opinion. Employees were eating in the dining room and not washing hands between food and service. I recommend this restaurant scale down its menu to what it does exceptionally well, and lower its selection in favor of quality.
Not sure if they were short on staff in the back . It took awhile for our food to come out. We order an appetizers and that came out with our entrees. Drinks weren't worth it. Staff's were very nice. I love their lighting and decor.
This was a very authentic Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and the staff was very friendly. If you aren't sure what to get, just ask and they will help you make the best choice. I wish this place was closer to home. We will be back.
Absolutely delicious. If you are not into seafood, no worries. They have a Tex Mex menu, similar to all the other local Mexican restaurants. I chose a Salmon with creamy mushrooms seafood sauce. Very good! Their pitcher of margaritas was delish!! Presentation was perfect! Jorge was very nice to explain menu and differences! Can't wait to go back.
15 stars. We ordered 4 different dishes to share. Oh my lots of food per order. Everything was awesome. The menu is a little difficult but only of you have no clue of any Spanish words. Use your smart phone to download a translator app ?. The waitress and waiters were awesome. The hostess was super nice and even gave us a sample of her favorite dish, super nice of her. ❤️. If you like ceviche then this is the place. Everything is super fresh and home made. You can tell my the taste that lots of TLC went to the food. Most tender squid i have ever had. Soups you say? They have some very awesome soups. The broth is perfect and so much in a bowl ?I had enough for another dinner. Do yourself a favor and break out your wallet and go try some top shelf foods here. I will be back often. I had to work fast to even get photos. Notice one taco gone ?
This place is awesome!!!I went today with my friend to try it, and we had an amazing experience.We ordered seafood soup and Paella. The food is delicious and sooo yummy.But it takes almost 30 minutes to serve, so if you hate to wait that much I recommend you to call them before you come to prepare your order until you arrive.The dishes is too big and the food is a lot. We ordered just tow dishes, but it can share by four ppl!
Sorry but had I had a horrible experience. The menu is vague and when asking the waitress question about the menu she didn't know the prices higher than other restaurants of the exact same food. The micheladas are nasty and so are the pina coladas. I was really look forward this have a Mexican seafood place in Murfreesboro, but unfortunately this is not it for me and will be better of driving to Bell Rd to another restaurant of similar menu items. The food lacked flavor and waitress need better training.
I went there for my birthday in October and after reading the menu I was very excited about the food. I ordered a plate with shrimp and octopus cooked in a sauce. It took about an hour to get the food although there were barely people in the restaurant but I thought that might be because they recently opened. When the food finally arrived it was served on a baking sheet! with more sauce than anything. Optically it was like feeding a barn animal in a feeding trough. No bread or rice or something to dip the sauce with. Those poor shrimp very absolutely overcooked and the octopus had seen better days. The prices are on the higher end and I expected more especially when it comes to presentation. I was utterly disappointed. My husband ordered fish tacos that were fine but nothing special when it came to seasoning.That being said maybe the cook was new so I will give them one more chance and update my review if the food got better.The decorations in the restaurant are very nice and the server was also very nice and knowledgeable.
I went to this restaurant last week and liked the food. Tonight I had an awful experience… Brought a couple friends to know about the restaurant and the band was so loud, bad taste, out of tune, we asked three times to put the volume down (that never happened) and after 45 minutes I was in pain with a huge headache. We paid for our drinks and left because none of us was feeling well enough to stay. That completely ruined our end of weekend which should be enjoyable and pleasant. Not stepping our feet there again. Worst place in Murfreesboro to have dinner and fun.
Took mother in law here for her birthday on Sunday. They had a mariachis band playing. The food was amazing and the service was great. Best food I have had in a while.
