If I could give a zero I would pizza was covered in grease cold and order not complete delevery guy tried to walk off without giving my change.called and they were rude
Horrible customer service! Order online my order was canceled. No one called or anything. I only knew the order was canceled when I went to track my order. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I order from Marco’s more than any other pizza place. However, after this I will not.
I hate to rate it so low, I really do, but lately they take the phone off the hook an hour or two before they close. Ordered one pizza and 2liter tonight, was told 30 minutes to deliver. It's going on an hour and a half, but I can't reach them because they took the phone off of the hook at least an hour before they closed. Stinks, because we eat here at least once a week, but I guess it's time for a new pizza place.Update: They never delivered it at all, but were more than happy to charge my card anyways!
Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Pizza is great! I have 3 very picky eaters and am able to get 2 pizza's to feed 4 very different taste buds!
I have ordered several pizzas from this unit. Pizza was very tasty. Had plenty of topping. Perfectly made. Pleasant staff. Convenient locations just minutes from where I live. Great price for the value. I would recommend this place to everyone who likes a high quality pie.
I asked Callen what he recommended as it was my 1st time at Marco's. He was really rude and acted as if I was bothering him. The pizza was horrible and for $30 they hardly put any toppings on it. I even tipped almost $5.00 and he was still rude as hell! I won't be back! Worst pizza I have had in years! Save your money ?
I ordered two large pizzas and barbecue wings tonight from Marcos. I was very unhappy. I somewhat enjoyed the pizza. But the wings were not fully cooked. There was blood inside when I took a bite of the wings. Very very unhappy!!!
I ordered delivery so my daughter would have dinner while I slept before I went to work. They did not leave my order at the door as requested due to " it was raining and they didn't want the order to be ruined". Needless to say I had to call the store and explain to them that it was a leave at the door request and my daughter doesn't open the door for anyone. They did refund my money and gave me a credit on my account.
Love the thin crust pies! Crust is thin and crisp, just like a cracker!
Literally the best genuine pizza place, no place compares and 100% worth the price.
