We ordered a late night pizza after a dance competition in town- and they were so kind! Gave us a coupon and we’re so sweet to our dancer! PLUS- the pizza was delicious!!!Thank you for customer service that made us leave feeling great. ?
Nice people. Pizza looked horrible bubbles and burnt. 3.8 on scale of 10. Some pieces only had cheese it should have went to trash instead of box. Not enough sauce.
This Marco’s Pizza on New Salem Hwy in Murfreesboro gets 5 stars but their employee Jettona gets 10 stars!!!! She is by far the best employee I’ve met there. Not only is she helpful and kind but she went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. She even remembered me when I came in to pick up my pizza! I love the quality of the food and I appreciate the stellar customer service just as much. I will continue to give this location my business, especially with an employee like her!! Thank you!
Never really gave Marco's a shot before today. My taste when it comes to pizza chains usually leans towards Domino's, Papa Murphy, or Papa Johns. However, the Domino's near my home doesn't show up on their app so I decided to give Marco's a try.Marco's app is a little ugly at first but it gets the job done. The rewards program could.be a bit better considering their competition. Spend $100 and you get $10 off. I'm sure they could be a little more generous with rewards. That being said, my first mobile order was 25% off so thanks for that.The pizza is pretty delicious. Almost as if Papa Johns and Pizza Hut had a baby that left the family to do its own thing. Changed his name from Papa Hut to Marco's and never looked back.The cheese can be a little much but that's probably just me. All other ingredients were fresh and delicious. I dig the semi sweet pizza sauce. Marco's lays it on a little thicker than most joints.The dough is good enough. I've never been a crust person tho. There, I said it. Mellow Mushroom has the best dough imo. RIP Murfreesboro location.Marco's sure does make a pretty looking pizza. I'll definitely give them that. Overall, Marco's is great. Not a perfect 5 but real close. I'll be back to try some more pizza combinations.
My husband was on hold for 15 minutes, he ordered online because nobody answered the phone, we had a receipt code for free bread and was unable to take off when picking up pizza. Ordered the New York crust but looked the same as their regular crust. No one picked up the phone in 18 minutes on hold. We like the pizza but service was disappointing. Joan
Loved it, I really don't know what else needs to be said. The price was perfect and the pizza was just simply spot on. First time having Marcos and is now my go to pizza. Awesomesauce flavor, great pizza... guess I did know what else to say
Ordered last week paid online with card tipped $6.00 in cash at the door only to have them later to add $3.11 to my total on my card for tip. In my opinion that’s stealing and very dishonest. So if you order online with card watch your total. I have left feedback on their website twice but no response. It was a $22.79 total before tip. I believe in tipping good but not in them just taking it
Super delicious. Crunchy bread, fresh ingredients, same price as Subways but here you leave full, absolutely delicious. People next to me are eating pizza and it looks delicious and it is they just gave me a slice….. yummmmmy. Friendly staff. Talking to the staff, they make their own dough daily. This is my new favorite place to eat.
I had a delivery from this location yesterday. This was also the first time I have had Marco's pizza. The pizza was excellent. The person on the phone was nise and the delivery person was nice, and the pizza was hot and the best I've had in Tennessee ! I won't get pizza anywhere else from now on !!
We tried to order a pizza and was on hold for 31 minutes. No one ever answered the phone to take my order. Then I called the other Marco's and they wouldn't help either. We really wanted the pizza so we had to call another pizza place. Thanks for watching my time.
