The people who work there are awesome. Even when the front is closed because of staffing, they always have a super positive attitude
Fast service. I called 5 to 10 minutes prior and only had to wait a couple of minutes. Food was good, service was great. They had a sign about staff shortage due to Covid. I totally understand. But honestly, it did not affect us at this time getting pizza and breadsticks. It was after 6 and tired. It made dinner so easy. ? Thanks Little Ceasars!
Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes for “hot and ready”. Then I have to go to door to get it and they all act like they don’t understand what I’m waiting on. Do not go here
Tried to order a deep dish 35 minutes prior to closing, server refused saying they would be closing soon and very rudely answered "no, you cannot! " to our request " can we please have... Very poor service.
I never fill out surveys, good or bad so this is a first. Do not order pizza from here. I had a delivery order where the doordash driver stole my pizza. Little Ceasars nor door dash would not take responsibility. After several calls Little Ceasars provided me with a "delivery issue" phone number where I waited on hold for almost an hour. I finally got someone who refunded me which takes 7 to 10 business days. The general manager Lidia could not refund me and took no responsibility. Yes, I understand a Doordash employee stole my pizza but Little Ceasars has a contract with them. When I called back to explain the process so the employees were aware for the next time, a gentleman placed the phone to the side where I was able to hear very inappropriate conversations. I told the the process and ask for a discount or coupon for the inconvenience. Thier answer, "sorry it wasn't our fault". I told a lady by the name of Abbey that I could hear every word . I can't believe the of thier conversation and she simply laughed. I can not believe these people are employed.
New building, good staff.The staff let us know about a special that was similar to what we were ordering and was cheaper.One of the few Little Caesar’s with a drive thru
Ordered 2 pizzas online through their app at 4:30 pm, food was delivered at 7:10 pm ice cold and not edible. As they do not have delivery drivers door dash takes the delivery. While door dash shares the fault, why did the restaurant decide to hand out food that was sitting in there care over 2 hours!?!? I called them and their response…thanks for your order but not our problem. Wouldn’t remake the food nor give a refund. Door dash has yet to accept fault either so I’m out $20.00 and a one time free pizza code for online I only ordered $11 worth of food so paid a decent amount to have it brought to me. Terrible service and the manager is NOT a delight.
I just left the drive thru. The unbelievably SWEET and KIND young lady working the drive thru, Isabel, is AMAZING! I had quite a large order and she made sure my order was correct. Although it's rainy and windy and bless her heart, I thought her tiny self was gonna blow away! I highly recommend she deserves recognition for being so kind! ?
On the way home from work, I decided to get a pizza and saw this Little Caesars. To my surprise, I didn't have to order a limited menu pie. I got a custom made veggie pizza in less than 12 minutes! Little Caesars may have just become my go-to carry-out pizza place. It was excellent and I ate all but one slice on my way home. Don't judge me... I skipped breakfast & lunch ?
Terrible service over charge and say they refunded the incorrect order but all they do is void your order and recharge you southgate and warrior drive Murfreesboro this place is crap
