My wife stopped here. We used to love fresh Krispy Kreme donuts when we lived in Baton Rouge. This one was similar to those and had an automated frying line. We had just missed the last run, but the smell was decadent. My high A1C stops me from eating them, but I love ? the smell and like to look at the colorful display. Maybe one day I will treat myself.
Staff had an extremely difficult time taking my order which was super simple, just a dozen donuts, really not sure what the issue was but wow it took forever. That said the donuts are always super super fresh and taste like eating glazed clouds of happiness
I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in forever. Today I went and got a dozen assorted doughnuts and the team member that assisted me was amazing. His name is Vern and I feel he went above and beyond and was very polite. I feel he is an asset to your company and my doughnuts were amazing . I will definitely return to this location in the future.
The absolute worst customer service ever. I love Krispy Kreme but it’s hard for me to go here. I’ve had this happen i know at least 4 times at this location. I understand being out of donuts but at least tell the customers upon arrival what you only have available. To make the customer go thru the entire menu attempting to guess what’s available and having them sit in the mic saying “we’re out of that one” and the same thing for like 5 donuts in a row only to hear the employees in the background laughing. It’s very frustrating.
If could give this location less than 1 star I would. My husband & I have came to this location on 5 different occasions with the Hot Donut sign on, only to be told that there are no hot donuts. When asked when will they be make some more hot donuts they say do not know. The management & the crew do not seem to care. My husband & I stayed and talked to several customers. Everything here is terrible, the landscaping, the parking lot is dirty, and the young employees who work here have bad attitudes. I remembered a time when Krispy Kreme took pride in their donuts, I guess that time has past. The way this location is ran is very sad. I had good memories of Krispy Kreme but because of this location those fond memories are now faded, very sad.
Hot and fresh after watching a game! They were close to closing when we got there but they were still friendly and made my family feel welcome. Good job on the latte too!
Cannot say enough good things about the donuts for my gender reveal. The team went above my expectations and were so great to work with. I wish I could attach a picture. Thank you Murfreesboro Krispy Kreme for going above and beyond. They looked great and were delicious!
I placed an order at 9 am to pick up at 2pm. I get to the store to realize that they hadn’t reserved my order and sold out of the doughnuts that I had purchased. Now, I’m sitting here with no doughnuts and waiting on a $40 refund in 2-3 days. So disappointed. No phone call or text to tell me that they couldn’t fulfill the order either. They had plenty of time.
Old doughnuts and always labeled incorrectly to fill up the cabinet. Never have anything on the menu and when you receive the wrong doughnuts they are just filling them with doughnuts they have to many of instead of the correct ones you ordered! This has has multiple times over the last year. Don’t even bother ordering online because they will be filled with whatever they got not what you ordered a day before
We visited on St. Patrick's for green donuts. They were not really busy, but the service was a mess. The first lady asked our order and then cut us off after the first bit and moved on. The cashier then proceeded to make and serve an iced drink with all melted ice, so it was warm and diluted when served. She made it again, but it was frustrating how little concern there was about a job well done.
