I went through drive thru and that’s the only place I used my debit card. This was on a Sunday well on Tuesday I got notified by my bank that my debit card was being used in Murfreesboro at 2 different locations. The first place they used my debit card information they cleaned out my account. The second place they used it was declined cause I had my bank deactivate my card b4 it was used somewhere else. My bank is currently investigating the transactions and a police report has been fined. Like I said this was the first and only place I used my new card. Beware do not use your card in drive thru if you can’t swipe it yourself don’t use it at the establishment. That’s my opinion.
We went to get lunch for my elderly parents and it was ridiculous. At noon they ran out of original recipe chicken. Wouldn’t you think if you knew it was Sunday at lunch that they would keep chicken ready? They charged us for a large side even though what we ordered came with 3 large sides. The chicken was so overly done it was terrible. We also ordered 2 pot pies. They forgot the cookies. Then we went to get our soda and the machine was warm. It had no ice and the soda was warm and flat. I have tried for 2 straight days to reach corporate offices and it is ridiculous. No one answers the phone. The automated system disconnected my calls. If you want this KFC to get any better you have to check your order before you leave the store. By the way, one day you can dine and the next day there is NO indoor dining. I hated to give 1 star. I wish I could have given a zero.
I wanted to eat inside but the lobby was closed. The only option would’ve been drive-through or a curbside pick up parking lot spot. So naturally I went to the drive-through. The service was good and the food that I received was hot and fresh. Funny enough I accidentally drove off without getting my drink but I went around back to get it and we both laughed it off.
WORST customer service I have ever seen! Woman at the window was rude and barely even looked at me during the entire transaction. She didn't have any of my rider recorded entered even though I had given it at the menu so and even answer her questions. On top of that they were out of half of what I asked for. Poor service, poor management.
I was Loving KFC until last week my order was not what I ordered and I was on my way to work so I couldn't turn around so I tried reaching out after I got to work all day long ...They would not answer the phone and after letting it ring forever when they did answer they would just Hang Back up... WHAT SORT OF BUSINESS IS THAT?
***DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE***Horrible location and rude employees! I ordered a standard original 12 pc bucket meal and when it was delivered, the bucket only contained 3 breasts and the rest were wings. In addition, the chicken was very burned and clearly had been sitting in a warmer for multiple hours. We also didn’t receive our gravy for our mashed potatoes. When I tried calling (close to 10 times in a row) you can hear them answer while talking to each other and then immediately hang up the phone. This crew has to be the laziest people that I’ve ever come across in the food industry and I certainly hope that they aren’t being paid a cent over minimum wage. Ordered on 02/11/22 around 8pm.
This place was by far the rudest people I have ever uncountered.... Wouldn't let me finish ordering yelled at me when I asked if I could please finish ordering and she told me I was done!!!! Yelled back the little bit that she thought was my order. We have a big family I will never ever come back to this location ever!!!! Y'all need to address customer service when hiring!!!! What a joke!!!! Damn not to mention that we stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before some woman yelled at everyone in there that if we was ordering we needed to go to drive thru and only online orders were to be picked up inside!!!!! Just all around rude!!!
I went to this location to pick up a DoorDash order and the lobby was closed so I had to go sit in the drive through line. There were a few cars ahead of me but it was stopped at the mic, after sitting there for 10 minutes and the line not moving, I went around the cars to the window and the girl who answered the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling and using hand motions about us skipping the line although we weren’t ordering, just picking up a order. She had different color hair and attitude needs to be fixed asap.
Their chicken and fixings are really good. One of my favorites. But because of covid there is no dining in.
I really don't know what has happened to KFC. Monday night I ordered a bucket of 12 chicken and just look at the sizes of the pieces? This is ridiculous. I know they have poor service but at least do not CHEAT us by taking our money and not giving us what we paid for. Very disappointing.
